I don't have a problem with Dr Ashby, but I have a big problem with scheduling. She has a limited schedule which makes it hard to get an appointment. So I schedule well checks far in advance so I can get an appointment during the summer. On two different occasions, the office called several weeks after I scheduled an appointment and said we needed to reschedule because the doctor would be out of town. Then there were no available appointments for several weeks after the original appointment was scheduled. So I wasn't able to get in during the summer. On top of that, it messed up scheduling during the next summer because insurance requires appointments to be at least a year apart.

Dr. Ashby is our absolute favorite! She is thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, and so kind! She always involves the kids to the extent possible in the discussion, both at well and sick child visits. And we’ve seen her out and about on a few occasions and she’s always recognized us and said hi. We definitely recommend Utah Valley Pediatrics for their amazing staff and their resources, like a site with commonly asked questions as well as after hours care that has helped our family on so any occasions!

We started seeing Dr. Ashby a year ago and I couldn't be more pleased than I am with her. I have 4 children, one which was just recently born premature and with several health issues. Dr. Ashby has been very able and willing to work with us and provide us help in dealing with the specialists. I appreciate also that she too is a mother and understands the difficulties that come with being a mother etc. I would consider her a friend.

She's very nice and accomodating, she figured out what was wrong with my son after I had already seen 3 different doctors. Very Happy with her knowledge and skills as a Pediatrician.
