I had Dr. Deramo He is a plastic surgeon. I had a lipoma on my lower back for over 5 months and I had no answers from any other doctor..until I met him. 1st time I went in to see him I was in surgery the next week getting it removed and let me tell you biggest confidence boost My scaring and healing process has been nothing but great He is really one of the best plastic surgeons. Highly recommend

Staff seems more interested in gossiping deflecting and not helping you. Dont go here unless you absolutely need to get a 2nd opinion before trusting them. Front desk was welcoming and sweet.

I really love Dr. Cook who did my and my husbands gall bladder removal but working with his office staff has been a real pain They dont take online payments and their billing office apparently closes at 445 Who closes at 445? I tried calling today to make a payment and now I cant until next Wednesday. Their billing statements are so confusing almost unreadable and things dont seem to add up right and when I call to get it all figured out Im met with a generally unfriendly unhelpful billing staff.I REALLY love Dr. Cook and Nurse Practitioner that weve worked with well probably use them again in the future if we have to but well dread having to work with their office staff every single time.
