The Dr was very nice and informative. I felt at ease and comfortable. I really liked the office and it's not too far from my house. The only complaint I have is that it took over 45 minutes for the Dr to see me after my scheduled appointment time. Maybe she was running behind or completely swamped. Not sure but she's really nice. I definitely recommend her. I simply suggest to not have any appointments planned for after this Dr.

She was such an amazing doctor ! She was so understanding about everything and totally honest with us she was super professional and always listened to everything I said she was just amazing all together !

Dr. Judd has been wonderful! She listens and takes every concern seriously. She even took the time to call me at 9pm to discuss some concerns! She was a fantastic asset during my last birth and has made handled my current pregnancy with care and competence. I have felt like she had a good handle on things throughout the whole experience.

0 stars. Writitng 5 months after main incident. During my 1st pregnancy I told Dr. Judd I wanted an unmed birth. She told me I wouldn't be able to do it and was very cold. I left feeling put down. During subsequent visits she talked down to me and would get defensive if I asked questions or for alt. options. When I didn't want tests or procedures she pressed them, I got a bill for $12,000 for a test I didn't want. When I was nearing my 3rd trimester with my first baby, she came in smiling and said "let's schedule baby's birthday at 39 weeks" she didn't respect my request for an unmed birth. I went back for my 2nd pregnancy bc kids weren't allowed in clinics due to covid, I needed my mom to watch my son, she lives two min away from the clinic. Before my 1st appointment I called Judd's nurse, Lisa, asked if they would run a pertussis titers test on me, I made it clear that I'd find another docotr if they wouldn't. Lisa assured me it would be simple to add it to the other blood work they would be doing. I read the patient agreement and it said "the patient is to be an equal partner in their care" I underlined that and signed it. I went in for my next appointment and when I asked Judd about the test, she acted like she had never heard of it. She told me it wasn't a test that existed. She lied to my face. Then she made a bunch of untrue assumptions about me, calling me names, like "anti vaxxer". She told me I could ask the phlebotomist about the test. I went to get my blood drawn, I asked the phlebotomist, she said it was a normal test, but couldn't be added without the doctors orders, so I could wait a few more hours to see Judd again to get permission. I left with a broken heart. What happened to me being an equal partner in my care? I called the nurse before my next appointment and asked if she would talk to Judd and confirm I could get the titer test. She confirmed they would order the test, I said if not I could find another doctor, she assured me they would work with me. I went in, I was told the test was ordered. Then they started charging me for my appointments, my insurance told me my prenatal care was covered 100%. I asked the front desk why they were charging me, they said for my prenatal care, I called my insurance in front of them, they were confused but instead of figuring out what the charges were for they kept making things up. I had some vaginal bleeding and had to come in for an emergency ultrasound, they charged me again and gave me made up reasons for why. I told the front desk girl to stop making things up and find someone who could help her figure out what was going on. This is when things got wild. The other front desk lady chimed in and told me I was paying for the ultrasounds, they aren't covered in prenatal care. She knew the whole time and just let the new girl give me garbage answers without correcting her. Then she started speaking in a condescending tone telling me I was irresponsible for not checking with my insurance... even though I had called my insurance several times on my own and in front of them trying to figure out why I was being charged. It was then that I got frustrated and made a comment about Dr. Judd being a terrible doctor. They tell me I can't be seen. I apologize for the comment and beg to be seen. Remember, I'm here for an emergency ultrasound, I've had bleeding and haven't felt my baby move. They take me back for the ultrasound, put jelly on my belly. Then the office manager comes in and says the tech has to stop. She tells me I have to leave. I start crying and begging to hear my baby's heartbeat. She refuses and tells me I'm never allowed back. We leave, I don't know if my baby's heart is still beating. I find care elsewhere. They treat me like I'm human, something I can't say for Judd and her staff. They are condescending and lie to you. I finally called the clinic today to get the results of my titers test because they never called to tell me. And guess what, Judd lied

Dr. Judd was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and took the time to really listen to my concerns and offered great advice. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone. I felt like I could talk to her about anything and she was there to help.

This is my third baby I will be going to Dr. Judd for delivery - and it is an IVF baby, considered high risk due to infertility issues. For infertility, people really need to see a specialist (such as Utah Fertility Center) until they "graduate" from the fertility clinic and can be handed off to an OB. I don't believe people calling her insensitive for giving them relevant information is fair to Dr. Judd. She is willing to work beside MFM during the pregnancy. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Judd, even though I am now considered "Obese". She has never made me feel like a lesser person.

I want to echo another reviewer’s experience about Dr. Judd’s insensitivity towards infertility and PCOS. I went in bc I knew something was wrong, even after only trying for 6 months. She said very casually that I most likely have PCOS, and that I just need to lose 15-20 lbs. When I looked at her, probably with a little bit of shock, she said “you’re not crazy big or anything...! Just losing weight will increase your fertility.” Then after prescribing me progesterone, she said “if you still need help, you’ll have to go to a fertility specialist, you won’t have to come see me again.” It made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. She is not helpful and is rather callous.

I asked a question about alternative treatments for menopause, she was indignant and was dismissive of me for the rest of the appt.

Dr. Judd was more interested in letting me know all the risks of treatment and not helpful in helping solve an health concern. Would not recommend her for care.

She was awful. I was 38 weeks pregnant and I went to see her for the first time. She not only scrapped my membranes without asking, or me even understanding what is going on, but She said there is too much fluid and I need an ultrasound A SAP. I was bawling and she’s like “it’s okay, a lot of women have csections”. The ultrasound tech was like I’m not sure what we’re seeing you for...? I said Dr Judd said too much fluid! The tech left and was gone for about 15 minutes. She came back in this time with Dr Judd and Dr Judd said “you’re good to go! Bye!” The next day I processed everything and I’m just so annoyed with this insensitive Dr. Best part? We had to pay $200 for the emergency ultrasound. I wouldn’t recommend this Dr to my worst enemy. I had my son vaginally two days before his due date and we are both happy and healthy!
