Beyond upset. Went in 8 days ago with pain in my back and chronic uti and kidney infections with no prior history. Dr. Simms wanted a ct scan ASAP. So I got one done at the hospital’s earliest appointment. I got the results 90 minutes after completing the ct scan. Called dr Simms the next day after the results were back to be told they did not have them. I called two days after my results were back and they informed me she only works two days a week and I am unable to speak to anyone else about the medication that was prescribed was making me dizzy. Faint. And nauseous. I had to wait a week to speak with her. Fast forward to today. I have yet to get a phone call 1 week after I received the results and have left a message for the medical assistant and receptionist while still being extremely uncomfortable and not taking medication that makes me super sick.Unhelpful. Unwilling to help. And beyond unprofessional.

The wait isn’t bad. The Dr’s are great. We’ve been coming specifically to Riverton for the last year. But my last visit I was given antibiotics to treat a UTI and called back to talk to the receptionist because I felt like I was having an allergic reaction. She told me my symptoms weren’t related and was just the UTI. Thank goodness I decided to not take the next dose and take antihistamines instead. I was having an allergic reaction. The receptionist shouldn’t give medical advice. She did say she messaged the dr but I haven’t received anything. Just a text today asking for a review. Well here ya go If I go back I’ll be more hesitant.

The staff was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I felt like I was really well taken care of. The day I went happened to be super busy so there was a long wait but I don’t think that’s a common occurrence.
