List of Pete Tanner's Reviews
I’ve been to the clinic and ER a few times with my children over the years now and have always had the greatest care and best Docs at UBMC... until this weekend! I had an ER visit and Dr. Tanner was the doctor who was on. He was awful, I was in so much pain and he could have cared less. He was rough and didn’t explain anything to me. This doctor should not be allowed to practice at UBMC because he doesn’t fit the core values of the others doctors here.
I am not impressed with him he put a needle in my gums for a tooth swelling and shoved it into my gums so hard and injected the numbing stuff so fast that it damaged all the tissue on the right side of my face I had to be rushed back to the hospital and be put on an I v for 7 days because he caused the infection in my tooth to spread even worse and now I will always have such bad siunitus for the rest of my life because of him I hope he gets fired soon he has no business even calling himself a doctor the worst and rudest doctor I have ever been to
Dr. Tanner appears to assume everyone is an addict seeking pills, rather than a patient seeking information and relief from pain. He has no business working in an ER. I was told simply that he couldn't see anything that looked emergent, and he could treat something he couldn't see. Didn't ask questions about pain, simply didn't believe it. Looked up my prescription history and took my urine, as I left in tears and in pain I noticed he had run s drug test. I hope he felt really stupid when he saw those results. I've never felt more disrespected or helpless in my life.
not al all a good DR. poor poor poor skills just bad Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
