Dr. Oaks was very dismissive, like I was just a piece of the numbers quota . He took one look , said minor sprained ankle. After 2 sets of x-rays & a MRI and 2 visits to his office , I was sent to PT, with no explanation or results of the MRI or x-rays. 10 week later with the PT showing only more pain , I went back . I finally got results from the tests, I was told “ you have a “significant “ bone spur on my ankle . The 1st x-ray was in April, the news of the actual problem September. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS DOCTOR OR HIS OFFICE!
