Very informative and great "bedside" manners. She is a class act, really appreciated all of the staff and how diligent they were to make sure I knew what to be concerned or not concerned about for my appointment. The team was great in giving the necessary details to make the appointment a smooth experience. Efficient and thorough.

I recently went and saw Dr. Berger upon recommendation from my mom who is a long time patient of hers. Everyone in the office and the whole staff are such great, polite, professional, and fun people. They treat me so well and I can't praise them enough! Thanks Dr. Berger and staff!

Dr. Robin Berger demonstrated expertise in the field of Dermatology through her knowledgeable answers and effective results. She quickly and accurately diagnosed my husband's skin condition, which was confirmed by the lab analysis. She is excellent at conveying information and fostering a sense of care. As a bonus, she has a sense of humor and is comfortable/enjoyable to be around.

Save yourself a call if you are a new patient and need to be seen soon.I called on 9/29/2021 to make an appointment as a new patient for treatment of some sores on my neck and into my hairline.I was told the next available appointment for a new patient was the first week of January.

Dr Robin, and staff, I can't possibly say enough about them all! It's always unnerving when your face has to be cut into, somewhat. They were so comforting, attentive and truly cared about how I was feeling about the entire process.Every one of the ladies, from the time you check in until the time you check out, are amazingly friendly. Dr. Berger and Maria, her assistant, were seriously the best. Attentive, intelligent, kind, respectful. I sensed that they understood the financial and health needs of the patient and tried very hard to give me what I needed from them. Dr. Berger has great bedside manner.

She is always pleasant and know immediately what’s wrong. Love her staff also.

Had a skin tag on my eyelid that was large enough to need to be numbed to be removed. She was quick & skilled. I also had age spots that needed treatment & she froze those off & though insurance won't cover that the charge was incredibly reasonable.

I dont have high expectation for dermatologist but this was my worst experience so far by far. I went to this office for a cancer screening which she did my whole body in about five minutes. When she was done she was like oh i forgot to check your back... Her assistant was like you already did it. Then she was walking out and was like I forgot to check your face. Her assistant, you already did. A few weeks later I called to have my records transferred and needed to get them sent ASAP because I actually has a mole that came back with serious concerns and they want me to do a biopsy. I told the lady I was signing the form now and would get it to her in minutes. She said she would get right on it. Seven hours later I called and she was like oh yeah, I'll check to see if I got your email. Really?! That's so sad. Obviously, never going back.

I was recommended to Dr. R. Berger by a nurse and was very disappointed. She was not personable at all and she talked to her nurse or whoever she was the few minutes I was there as though I was not there. Made an appointment but then canceled after I thought about it and was seen by and treated by a dermatologist that I felt cared and I felt confident to have surgery.
