Abs Kids Aba Therapy Center's Online Review Report Card

I told them that when school starts his schedule will change and still had me move forward to get services for him but then called me to tell me he was denied because his schedule won't be the same for 6 months thats the dumbest thing I have heard I will not be going back I will find someone that will work with his school schedule this is dumb

I'm not to happy with the service as of late. We started out strong with a great staff that stopped working with us because she went back to school (totally understandable). If we could have the consultant full time I believe my review would be different. This program needs to ramp up its training for new staff, and I agree with some of the other reviews on the billing services. It would be nice to have a break down of what services are being build for.Well 3 years later and the service we are receiving has been amazing for our child! He has grown in ways we never thought possible. After we had some problems, we sat down with a few of the directors at ABS and things changed for the better! I've heard that not everyone has had the experience we have and that's too bad. Honestly, I'll never stop standing up for my little guy. Our team has been amazing to work with! Amanda, Stephany, Kiersten, Sarah, Shannon, Hailey, the other Amanda and quite a few others! The only feed back I really have is for the billing department to get their act together !!! And I wish ABS had a school liaison person that knew what school district regulations were, to help navigate learning for my kiddo. The district we are in now has proven to be counter productive to the growth my child gets at ABS!I would also like to mention, if you have the chance. The Cottonwood location trumps the SLC location. They are almost two completely different agencies. Don't waste any effort or money at the SLC location!And ABS, it would be nice to see you guys open services in West Jordan, Riverton or South Jordan.

Update. Changing review because I feel very abandoned by ABS. We thought we had lost our insurance during pandemic when my husband was laid off and notified them we had to temporarily end services. A few weeks later (day after services ended) we found out his insurance would last til end of September. We called ABS to see if we could continue til then. We were told the team had already been re assigned (understandable). However we were told to give them a week and we would be going again. After a week I called and got a voice-mail. Asked for a update. No response. Now it is the end of August. I have not gotten a call, a email, anything. They just stopped. I am heartbroken it went this route when we used them for years. They could not even give a update it would take longer. Next time we get a aba service it will not be through abs after this.I have loved your services. And still love our ABA Theripist and BCBA that come to our home. However, I am upset how you handled getting rid of speech and OT. My child relies on those services weekly. It was a main reason we chose your clinic. And to find out over email made it worse. We now have 2 months to try and find a replacement for these services. Services that usually have long wait list. We are un happy with this move your company decided to make.

I love the dedicated and hardworking team at ABS. They’ve been great to work with my son. He’s excited to go and the therapy has really made a difference in his interactions.I’d recommend them to anyone!

The five stars is for Dr. Rogers because she is amazing. Dr. Rogers provided psychological evaluations to my three step-children and our entire family loves her. She is very knowledgeable about Autism Spectrum Disorder, willing to contact third party participants (i.e. school, daycare, etc.), answers emails quickly and efficiently, and she is very personable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Rogers!

My son Loved ABS, and the therapist here really worked for his best good.
