Probably the best doctor I've ever met.

Dr Falahti is kind, attentive, very knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely be concerned about my problems and finding solutions. I was rescheduled for my follow up with PA Todd Campbell and he was knowledgeable and gave me really good information about my labs and good suggestions for what I could try to alleviate and improve symptoms I am having.

I’ll echo another review - stay far away. The day after my initial visit, I had several questions regarding Dr. Falahati’s recommended treatment, but was unsuccessful in ever connecting with him again. Over the next couple of weeks I left phone messages with the medical assistant and front desk, sent emails, and made attempts through the patient portal. I have not had ANY of these messages returned. I also never heard back about my lab results. It has now been one month since my appointment. At my appointment, which he was 1 1/2 hours late, Dr. Falahati said he didn’t have the report in front of him from my referring doctor. He recommended significant treatment based on the numbers I told him. I requested he let me know once he looked at my report in case that would affect his recommendation. I never heard back. He gave me an expired sample injection medication - which luckily I noticed. He failed to call the RX to the pharmacy (even if I used the sample it would have run out by now)! I can’t even begin to explain my frustration and how inept these people are. The ONLY correspondence I’ve had from their office was several automated emails to leave this review! Again, stay away from this practice!!!

I have been quite ill for six months and needed to have a time sensitive test done this morning. I had reached out to the lab to ensure that they had received my order from my doctor and they told me that they had. Last night I had to take a medication for the test and be at the lab right at 8 AM for testing. When I arrived, they told me they no longer had my order. I called the on call doctor, as the office wasn’t open or answering yet, to see if there was any way the order could be resent. Eventually, the receptionist so kindly helped me get the order sent. She was so understanding and quick to help me. After I spoke to her, Dr. Falahati-Nini called me back. He was incredibly accusatory of me taking so long to do the test (I’ve been in the hospital 8 times), me not having the order in hand myself (I had done a virtual appointment when this order was sent so I did not receive the order), and he was upset that I called him urgently. He told me the likelihood of anyone being “willing” to help me at this point was incredibly low. Thankfully, his office staff was so kind and wonderful to assist and I was able to get it taken care of. I am a sick new mother of 2 and doing the best I can. His arrogant and demeaning nature was not how any doctor should make their patient feel.

Dr. Falahati is a very caring, competent and a compassionate physician. He is extremely thorough and always looking for best option for the patient. He is the BEST of the BEST. I'm so fortunate to have him as my physician. Thank you Dr. Falahati!!!

Dr Falahati is one of the best endocrinologists in the state. He is up to date on all the latest prescriptions that can help with diabetes.

Dr Falahati is been my Dr for more than 25 years also my parents Dr, all I can say he is the BEST and I am so lucky be his patient also very thankful for his care and kindness 🙏.

I found Dr. Falahati to be extremely competent, very compassionate, and kind.
