Dr. Edwards is amazing. She literally saved my foot from being amputated. She was thorough and told me if i would follow her instructions she would use her skills. She told me together we could work to save my foot and we did. She was always pleasant and positive. I would highly recommend her to anyone having foot issues.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She berated my insurance choice medicare insisted I sign a paper saying I would cover costs and then left me waiting in the room for 25 minutes while I heard her out in the office area making phone calls. I put my shoes on and left. She lied on her clinic notes as nothing she said had actually happened. Probably almost anyone would be better unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

This is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had in a physician setting. After waiting 30 minutes to see Dr. Edwards I endured a 10 minute lecture on what terrible insurance I had. I had apparently used the word toes to describe my problem instead of saying nails and now my lousy insurance would not allow her to do anything.My insurance is Medicare. Pretty much the standard for us old people. She left the room and I waited another 20 minutes. I heard her making phone calls out in the office area. I finally put my shoes on and left. When I read the notes she had posted on the IHC site I was a palled by what she had written as none of it was true.

Dr. Edwards is an incredible and caring doctor. I’ve never felt a more personable and thorough experience with a physician before. She goes beyond and above expectations and I would absolutely recommend her

I showed up for my appointment on Wednesday July 8th. Rebecca her receptionist was very short with me she acted very bothered that I didn’t call her from the car to check in. Rebecca had in fact called me the day before asked me to call her and check in however this is a huge medical office there are no signs asking you to check in when I pulled up. I had totally forgotten I walked in and she was so bothered that I had forgotten to call and even mentioned to me “I took the time to call you yesterday” then proceeded to tell me to Dr. Edwards was on call today and she would be more than an hour and a half at the hospital. She reiterated that it’s typical to wait for an hour or an hour and a half even when she’s not on call. I understand doctors are on call I understand this kind of thing happens but when she took the time to call me yesterday I was shocked that she didn’t mention this doctor was on call I drove 45 minutes to see her got a babysitter and then was told that she wasn’t there. The next available appointment was two weeks from the date I was supposed to be seen I was absolutely shocked that they couldn’t find a date and time to get me in sooner than that. I have no idea what kind of doctor Dr. Edwards says but I do feel a responsibility to leave reviews that help people understand what they’re getting into when they go see a physician you have choices about what kind of physicians to see and the care that’s taken to treat you as a customer I don’t know that I would recommend Dr. Edward office I think she’s a good podiatrist but I think there are plenty of skilled podiatrist out there who run their clinics realizing their patients are customers to have a choice of where to go. Yes at the very least this saves somebody and make sure they call Dr. Edwards office two weeks before to make sure that she’s not on call the date of your appointment and be sure to schedule a solid two hours out of your day to see her then when you’re prepared you can plan accordingly.

Dr. Edwards has a way with feet. From ingrown nails to neuromas and even gout flares I dont trust me feet to anyone else.

DR Edwards is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I had to have emergency surgery done on my left foot I lost my two smallest toes and part of the left side of my left foot every day while I was there in the hospital in Murray she personally came and change my dressings everyday for 7 days. she’s an amazing doctor she has great bedside manner‘s she actually saved my life

Respects your intelligent. LISTENS Does not act superior. Educates. Reasonable recommendations. Advocates for you. Called me herself to relay results of MRI and treatment.

Dr. Edwards had all the warmth of a hungover porcupine. Talked didnt listen. Wont be going back.

Dr. Edwards and her team are kind and efficient. They explain the issue I need to know about as a diabetic. I would really recommend the team.
