Central City Clinic's Online Review Report Card

This is hands downs the worst, least professional “health” center I have ever been too. Doctors are rude and barely give you the time of day. I have had to call multiple times over the course of weeks to get them to send urgent reports to other clinics, which they still have not done. They will make you reschedule if you are 15 min late and charge a fee meanwhile, it takes over an hour to be seen for your appointment.

Doctor Kyle Bailey, looks like he doesn’t work for you guys anymore.I was diagnosed with GERD, ive been having acid reflux problems for 2.5 + years.. enough time to get Barrett’s esophagus.. doctor Kyle Bailey always blamed it on anxiety and kept feeding me pills. Instead of looking at the real problem… I showed up at CHC at least 6 times and each time he sent me home saying it was anxiety that caused me stool to look the way it did, to say my upset stomach is from anxiety, to tell me all the belching is from anxiety… well thanks to you man, a doctor I trusted in. Thanks to you i have a death sentence. Worst doctor I’ve ever came across.You could’ve caught the GERD before it worsened to this level, but no you just wanted my money and to send me on my way ASAP. I hope you get this message some how… I heard you’ve moved up in the medical world to… I feel so sorry for your new patients… pay more attention to what the patient is saying and less on your ego. I get your a doctor but it was Me who was feeling these type of pains.

Made and appointment last week for counseling. I thought they actually had me scheduled with a therapist just to find out today they didn’t even get back to me. I called today and a lady replied like if she didn’t want to answer at all. I tried calling again but they seemed busy from my last call they responded in the 3 minutes after I called again it took more then 3 minutes and didn’t even answer at all. I’m really disappointed. thought they were to help me out. A lady told me to that they were going to send me a link to video chat as well but it’s already 11 my appointment was at 10. I will never schedule again.

Me reservo mis comentarios, por que de acordarme hasta me da coraje. Solo que no recomiendo esta clínica, no les gusta tener pacientes.

Pésimo servicio no le toman la importancia que se debe alos pacientes llevan más de un mes tratando de encontrar un diagnóstico para poder tratarme o medicarme, cuando dan las citas debe de ser uno puntual pues si llegas tarde no te atienden pero si llegas temprano ellos si se dan el lujo de hacerte esperar hasta una hora para poder atenderte, cuando te realizas algún examen tardan muchísimo para comunicarse con los resultados, después de varias citas muchos exámenes un pet scan y 2 biopsias no lograron diagnosticarme y nisiquiera me dieron algún medicamento para controlar mis malestares.

The employees don’t know anything here, they told me to just come in because new patients can’t make an appointment. So I come in and they said that they aren’t accepting new patients. Waste of my time!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So unhappy with the staff here. Nobody is ever on the same page, one person will tell me one thing and then another person will tell me another. Get it together people!!!

All staff and providers are very professionally trained and friendly.The front desk lady is also very polite and helpful.I strongly recommend this place.

I like coming here for all my appointment it’s a little far from where I live but I love the friendly staff and friendly doctor.
