List of Granger Medical Clinic's Reviews
Dr Ian Cavin is a fantastic surgeon… you can trust him and his staff to perform flawlessly in the operating room and post operative care is fantastic. My operation went smoothly and by following his instructions after my surgery my pain has been minimal. If I ever need a surgery again I will first contact him.Thank you Dr Cavin and Staff!
I went in skeptical because I’ve seen many different OB/GYN’s and none have ever helped me and here I felt very heard and cared for!! Thanks to Dr. Heidi Bedont & her whole team!
New patient, first impressions. Dr. Prater was very thorough and professional. Listened intently and took the time to discuss issues thoroughly. No rush job. Very impressed. Office staff were polite and knowledgeable. No red flags. Looking forward to working with Dr. Prater.
Dr. Kotwal and Hanna are great! Highly recommend !
Unfortunately, I have had a very poor experience with Granger Medical OB/GYN clinic. I was under NP Heidi Bedont’s care until my recent experience & I have transferred care elsewhere.I was awaiting some diagnostic results from a parenting laboratory and a follow up from my Heidi as promised. She had always been diligent in the past and understood I anxiety so I expected her call as soon as possible which was not the case. I called the clinic the day after I went in for imaging, and then a week later again (spoke to an Olivia and the Nurse), checking on the status and reiterating the importance of follow-up. I was assured I would be contacted ASAP. Another few days passed by and I called the lab only to be told they were resulted two days after I went in on 9/10, so I called Granger but they were closed on Friday afternoon, so I went to the lab to pick up my results instead. I called again on Monday and left a message, letting the front know that I would be switching providers. I finally received an apologetic call back from Heidi on 9/28.This has been an awful experience but I wanted to share if it helps another woman avoid my experience.
Dr. Carrie Chandler is wonderful! I have been seeing her as my OBGYN for years and I always appreciate that she is interested in learning about my life/hobbies/interests and is very professional.
Everyone was very welcoming. And was taking in before my appointment. Prescription was called in immediately. Thanks
My family and I have been patients at this clinic for some years now, and what I am writing about happened over a year ago however I still often think of how awful the experience I had was to this day and how negatively it affected me and my ability to seek treatment and a diagnosis sooner. My experience with all other staff at this location has been great.I saw Dr. Prater about chronic pain I had been experiencing, which was effecting my ability to walk and as a result I had resorted to using a wheelchair. I had no idea why my joints were constantly in pain and was seeking answers. She only spent maybe 5 minutes talking with me before chalking my pain up to a "common women's problem" due to my "wide hips". This was based solely off of one test where she watched me walk across the room twice. I had also been experiencing lots of other weird symptoms like blurry vision, gum issues, and 2 lumps on different parts of my body. One was in the same location as my aunt had had, which was later found to be cancerous. I also expressed this worry with her, as my aunt recently passed from her cancer. Dr. Prater would not give me a referral to look into my chronic pain and also suggested I didn't need the wheelchair. She would not look further into my enlarged lymph node/lump either despite having seen her for it twice, the second time because it had nearly doubled in size yet still didn't warrant further testing.A few weeks ago I was finally diagnosed with EDS at another clinic and am now on the path to finally understanding and learning to manage my chronic pain, I only wish I would have found a doctor who actually advocated for my health sooner. I simply cannot express how disappointing it was to be told by another woman that my pain wasn't real enough to warrant looking into it further, and even worse that the excuse being used was that I am a woman.
Baylee at the Draper clinic if the best phlebotomist EVER! She remembers who you are no matter how long it has been since you had blood work done. She is gentle and never leaves a bruise or hurts me.. she is also amazing with both my kids. And they love her as much as I do!! Thank you Baylee for being so amazing
Dr. Prater is great! The staff is friendly and efficient. Even the blood draws went seamlessly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
