James Chamberlain's Online Review Report Card

When I first came to see Dr Chamberlain I was on Shots and insulin pills. I am now off the shots. Wonderful Doctor

Dr Chamberlain is the greatest! He explains things in a way that make it easy to understand. He knows how I feel because he is diabetic too! He makes me feel good about the decisions I make and gives great support and suggestions on how to do better.

I saw him at the U Diabetes Center then moved with him to his St. Marks office. I don't like the way he ONLY handles Diabetes and not Diabetes with all other diagnoses you may have as well. Other Internal Med docs do. The other office staff here we're nasty, rude, uncaring people.

After reviewing the reviews, I need to add my recommendation to both Dr. Chamberlain and Kacie Doyle-Delgado. Both are excellent practitioners with their knowledge of diabetes. Reasonable wait times. I have visited at least one time a year in addition to my family doctor for several years. I feel confident in their advise and have managed control of my diabetes with their help.

I've known Dr. Jim Chamberlin for a while. He's down to earth and relaxed. He's unassuming and caring. He makes me feel comfortable with every visit. He's what you want in a professional.

Dr. Chamberlain is great! He knows a lot about diabetes and has a friendly demeanor. He makes himself very available to patients and is quicky to reply to prescription refills, test results, etc.

I highly recommend Dr. Chamberlain. He is very attentive to detail and listens to your concerns. He is responsive to email when you have questions. He has helped me make adjustments when necessary and has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of diabetes.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best! Every time I have an appointment, he takes the time to listen and answer questions. I'm always impressed by how quickly he responds to emails to help with prescription needs or adjustments to diabetes management. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with fine tuning my insulin pump to manage my blood sugar levels. All of his staff members are very kind and quick to respond to requests.

I have been going to Dr Chamberlain for 15 years now. I have been Type 1 Diabetic for 25 years. He is hands down the best doctor I have gone to in my diabetes journey. Personable, relatable (he also has Type 1), and not afraid to give you some straight direction when it is needed. Also can I just mention that even if he was lousy at his job I would still go to him since he has a policy of never making me wait more than 5 minutes. Best idea ever. Customer service in a world where it otherwise doesn’t exist.

Dr Chamberlain is hands down the best diabetic specialist I have ever had. Having been diagnosed with diabetes 35 years ago, I have had several different doctors, so I have a good deal of experience. Dr Chamberlain is thorough and knowledgeable, and wants to help his patients have the best possible outcome from their diabetes treatment. He is a good listener and spends an appropriate amount of time answering questions, all without making the appointment feel rushed. And on top of all this, he is always right on schedule! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time! His physicians assistant, Maria, is wonderful, and the office staff is great. Everyone I have come in contact with there is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
