She couldn't figure out how to set the basal on my pump and wouldn't let me show her. Recommend that I changed it because I was at 100 all night and she considered that low. When I asked "isn't 100 good?" She said because it is red it's bad. I had to explain that it's only red because I set my low limit at 100. She constantly interrupted and seems like she has been winging it the past 40 years. The U must be desperate for doctors!

Dr. Couldwell was very thorough and spent over 30 minutes with me asking detailed questions during our initial visit. I was impressed with her thoroughness nad professionalism.

Very unprofessional staff, and Dr Marie Couldwell is rude, everytime i spoke she cut me off and would not let me finish a sentence, over 2 weeks to get test results ..... STOP go to a different Doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Couldwell for a couple of years now. I love the way she consults with me, is open to new things, and does not ever shame me for what I've done - just encourages me. My scores have been much better since I started seeing her. I've never waited very long for my appointment.

I love Dr. Couldwell, she was my son's pediatric endocrinologist when he was diagnosed and now we get to return to her. She remembers him and hugs him when we visit. She is always thorough and walks us through his numbers and makes sure we understand everything. The only complaint I have is with the difficulty communicating with her through the clinic when I have issues. Couldn't get through to anyone when an issue came up with insurance coverage of the CGM my son was using. Left several messages and an email and no one ever got back to me.

I have an extremely complicated medical history, and come to new doctor appointments with a pile of records. Most practitioners give me the feeling like they have one foot out the door, and are thinking about their next patient. Dr Couldwell gave us her full attention, and poured over my history, asking many questions. She came up with a plan, and can see many areas where she can help me! I had such a sense of relief after the appointment, I felt Hope for the first time in a long while!

My personal experience with Dr. Couldwell was amazing! She was able to educate me on my new diagnosis and provided much needed support. I felt that she really cared for me and that she had genuine interest in my care. I really appreciated the time that was spent with me to help educate me and options for treatment. She is a great example of complete Physician- one who is a specialist, educator, and empathetic listener. Thanks Dr. Couldwell!!

Dr. Couldwell is definitely the best of the best. I was nervous about some medical concerns I am having. And she made feel very at ease. And was very genuine, compassionate, and personal with me. I have again had a great experience with Dr. Couldwell. Very attentive and takes time to be thorough and explain and discuss all lab tests and any questions. Very compassionate and kind. Goes the extra mile always. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
