Mark Morasch's Online Review Report Card

I had a vein ablation done on Sept 16, 2021 and the doctor & nurses were great up until the surgery. After the surgery Dr. Morasch didn't go and speak with my parents to tell them how things went. Then on my appt a few days later his office did an ultrasound & found a blood clot. I had questions that his staff couldn't answer so they scheduled a phone appt with him the next day.He seemed bothered that I had questions. A week later I was having weird pain in my leg & burning sensation. So I called his office and they said they would have someone call me back. They didn't so I called again the next day & got the same response and no one called me back. So I had to go to my family doctor to get answers. I dont understand why they were so kind and caring up to my surgery but after it was like they wanted to avoid me. I will never go back to him again.

this office is first class! very clean and I couldn't ask for better staff. I left that office feeling very well taken care of. i would definitely refer others to them. they offered things or treatments to me that no other vien doc has ever even cared about. i have seen 5 specialist in this field and i am so glad to be a patient here. looking forward to feeling better via this dr. and staff!!

it is advised to always get a second or third opinion before any surgical procedure; if you are able to do so. Dr. Morasch is a very quite person and said very little before and after surgery. I can assume though that he said only what was needed. I received no before or after surgery care treatment instructions. The surgery was beyond extremely painful. It appeared the office of Dr. Morasch was short staffed. The staff seemed to be in a very big hurry. His lead registered nurse I understood his name to be Larry. Larry was truly a very kind, caring and professional nurse whom went out of his way to provide the care and comfort for his patient. My overall theory is to avoid speaking bad of others.

Dr Morasch is an excellent surgeon! He took the time needed to diagnose and assess what would be best for my difficult situation. He gave me all the information and explained what my choices were. He then took the time in surgery to save my leg with the best case scenario. I'm very grateful for his expertise!

Dr. Morasch did 3 surgeries on my brother for a aneurysm that affected his left side. Dr. Morasch caught the problem right away and saved my brother's leg. Wonderful doctor, very personable and conscientious about his work. Answered all our questions and explained every detail to us.
