She is a fantastic doctor. Very attentive to you..explains everything very thoroughly.

Exceptional Doctor Dr. Moreno is hands-down the best endocrinologist I've seen and perhaps the physician I've ever seen. Here's where she shines: 1. She's providing better follow-up for my thyroid cancer than my previous endocrinologists. 2. She's done a better job of educating me about aspects of my autoimmune thyroid disorder than my previous providers, even though that disorder was resolved with a total thyroidectomy before I even started seeing her. 3. She is thorough, has a lovely bedside manner, and speaks to me on my level without a hint of condescension. 4. She brings the work to be done, not her ego, into the exam room. I'm lucky to have her as part of my medical team.

A compassionate dr for sure. A great listener..I tell people she is like a chemist explaining your blood work..she draws a picture of the body and explains what is going on and why your taking certain medicines. She is one of the best drs in st.George ut

Her staff did not follow through. I feel after calling and leaving messages it would have been taken care of, but was not. I chose to not listen to the reviews, but now I can see why they are so low.

My husband saw Dr. Moreno almost two weeks ago. She has put together a plan for his health issues and seemed very caring. She talked to both of us for about 45 minutes explaining what is going on.

After reading the one star reviews I was sure people were just too sensitive or picky lol. However, when I took my daughter in I understood what they were talking about. Let me start by saying we didn't wait too long in either front office or back room, they were pretty fast. The staff was friendly, no complaints there. Monica Moreno on the other hand, was a mess!! I have never in my life seen a doctor like her before it was interesting. So my daughter has a tumor on her thyroid and some nodules in a couple other places. That's what we went to see her about, nothing else. We spent the ENTIRE visit being lectured and told how wrong we were for the thyroid medication my daughter is currently on...Glandular T3/T4 mix same thing I've been taking for YEARS. That's literally the ONLY thing we talked about and my daughter's lab tests for thyroid are normal so the meds are working. When I wanted to talk about the tumor she got upset and dismissed it. Her character is extremely unprofessional

Dr. Moreno is fantastic and because she is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor, I will continue to see her. However, she is the only good thing I will say about this office. I have repeatedly left messages for her nurse that never were returned. One one these messages was left 3 time in March and was never answered. There was a problem with insurance covering my medications, again, 3 messages left over a two week period, never answered. Now I have no medication, no response and can not even connect to a receptionist.

Mu husband has been seeing Dr. Moreno for thyroid cancer over the past year. The found more cancer on his lymph node and Moreno has been treating it. She was very clear about the preparation and iodine radiation. However, we haven’t been able to get the results my husband has called every day since the treatment, left messages and asked for the results. It has been a week and no response. This is absolutely unacceptable and cruel. If you have cancer, you need answers! I have found another doctor and am still awaiting a return call terrible treatment. Inconsiderate and uncaring
