The procedure was fine and they were nice to work with but when my insurance told me they would reimburse me if US MRI submitted the bill US MRI billing department basically told me eh hold your breath were not going to do it 😕Once theyve got your money dont expect any favors.

Good customer care. The receptionists were all kind and courteous. The MRI imaging personnel where very good at helping you relax if you have anxiety. He even me put my shoes back on my feet. Very caring. Thank you.all.

I had a great experience at US MRI from the first call all the way through the process. Getting an appointment was easy. They helped push the insurance company for an authorization. The tech who did the exam was helpful professional and really cared about me. I highly recommend this place.

The team here was so amazing The fit me in short notice and were so kind. The tech who did my MRI made sure I was comfortable and hooked it up with some good music as well. Hopefully I don’t see myself back there soon but the team makes me want to go back again

Kind and caring people extremely clean facilities they take every precaution to keep you safe and comfortable. I got a same day appointment both times I was there and their hours of operation are fabulous even for working people.

You can go anywhere to get an MRI done and the only thing that will be different is the people. Well USMRI has figured that out and they do it better than anybody. Great place better people.
