I'm unsure of the expertise Dr. Jones has because he spent less than 5 minutes with me and seemed like he really didn't care. His solution to my woes: colonoscopy and endoscopy. I know the procedures help to diagnose problems but I felt like a good conversation about the issues should have occurred first. May he never read this review since he's doing my procedures next month.

I’ve worked with Dr Jones for years now and he is very knowledgeable of Crohn’s disease. The communication has gone down dramatically. Getting ahold of a staff takes days which is incredibly frustrating when things are time sensitive.

Dr. Jones is knowledgeable, experienced, and a down to earth doctor. Very easy to talk with and is attentive to your needs. He is my favorite doctor.

Dr. Robert Jones is great. I leave in St. George, Utah. In 2019, I went to see him because of a fatty leaver and by doing an MRI he also found out that I had some cysts in my pancreas. Right away he scheduled me for an interventional Ultrasound where they go and take some liquid from the cyst to send to the lab for testing to see if they are precancerous. Since that Dr. Jones had ordered MRI to be done in St. George. to followed up my pancreas condition. I am grateful that he saw me only one but cares to followed up at a distance. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones to whom ever is looking for a gastroenterologist.

Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I’ve had him as my primary GI physician for the last 16 years. He’s always been upfront and forthright in his care. I have recommended him to numerous family and friends. I highly recommend Dr Jones to anyone looking for GI care and support.

There’s not a better surgeon out there. Dr Jones could not have done a better job on my knee. The recovery time was know where near the time I anticipated. It’s nice to have treatment at this level

Dr. Jones has a long history as a health-care provider, beginning as an EMT, obtaining his RN and PA afterward, and then going on for his MD. He has a wealth of clinical experience to draw on while also keeping current with advances in his field of practice. His bedside manner is genuinely warm - he takes time to listen to his patients - young and old alike. His clinical staff are technically skilled and personally engaging. His receptionist can be a bit daunting - like a guard dog protecting its master - but she's very efficient and warms up as she gets to know you. Office is not glamorous but - don't worry - their technology is up to date. I feared leaving my big-city docs when I moved here from DC: I no longer worry, since I'm very happy with my wonderful "country doc."
