Whoever is working in the office doesn’t know how to reschedule appointments. As a result the doctor decides on who he will and who he will not see. Very egocentric environment is what it sounds like to me.I’m glad you canceled my Appointment that you failed to reschedule.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown once a year for several years. He’s simply wonderful He always takes the time to get to know you understand how you’re feeling and makes sure that I understand what I need before I leave. I’ve never felt rushed and his supporting staff is absolutely amazing. My visit in 2018 changed my life for 2019. He’s the best

The provider and their staff were friendly and professional with a slight touch of quirkiness that was pleasant. I did feel a bit rushed by the provider though once he came for the consult but he did have a rumourous bedside manner.
