I met Dr. Smith when I found out I had an infectious disease. I was honestly a little nervous and a little embarrassed about my diagnosis. Dr. Smith was very knowledgable and also very caring. He helped me feel lest anxious and more normal. I had several appointments with him over the course of my treatment. Dr. Smith was always very personable and also really listened to any questions or concerns I had. He helped me understand what was going on and set up a treatment plan that fit with my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Everyone was so incredibly nice. They made you feel very comfortable and calm. Dr. Smith was absolutely astounding! Very VERY friendly, intelligent and just overall great! He did my procedure very quickly so I know that he's very good at what he does. I highly recommend this doctor !!!

GREAT OFFICE, PERFECT STAFF - MY ONLY ISSUE WITH MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEING WITNESS TO DR SMITH'S EMBARASSINGLY RUDE AND CONDESENDING INTERACTION WITH HIS STAFF. THE ASSISTANT WORKING WITH HIM WHEN I WENT IN FOR MY SURGERY, KATRINA, WAS WARM AND WELCOMING PUTTING ME COMPLETELY AT EASE WITH HAVING TO HAVE ANESTHESIA FOR THE FIRST TIME. AFTER KAT SPENT THE TIME TO EASE MY FEARS, DR SMITH CAME INTO THE ROOM AND KNOWING,BUT NOT ACKNOWLEDGING MY PRESENCE IN THE ROOM, HE BEGAN BERATING HER FOR SOMETHING THAT IN MY OPINION WAS REDICULOUSLY EMBARASSING NOT ONLY TO HIS ASSISTANT BUT TO MYSELF AS WELL. I FEEL THAT STAFF SHOULD BE HELD TO AND TREATED WITH HIGH REGARD CONSIDERING A DOCTOR IS ENTRUSTING A PATIENTS SAFETY, THEIR LIFE IN THE HANDS OF THIS PERSON WHOM HE EMPLOYED BECAUSE OF HER CREDENTIALS. HE SEEMED TRULY INDIFERENT TO HER AND IT WAS EMBARASSING....FOR HIM! IN THIS DAY AND AGE YOU WOULD THINK THAT SHOWING A PERSON RESPECT WOULD BE A NO BRAINER. ESTATIC ABOUT THE RESULTS...BUT?
