Dr. West is such an awesome doctor! I was so impressed with his willingness to explain to me, the spouse not the patient, about new developments and research concerning my husband's MS. We left his office feeling hopeful and informed. Seriously one of the best doctors we have seen.

I recognize medical intelligence & integrity... Dr. West has both & more. I just wish HE was my ataxia-symptom doc, but I was "referred" to a SCA specialist at the U (6-9 months wait).

Best specialist I’ve ever had! Lays everything out for you so you can understand what he’s talking about. He remembered me after 5 years of not seeing him and having to default to a new doctor after he moved. He saw me through my worst of the worst times and was always readily available to help me out. MS is tricky but he always knew exactly what I needed to fight my aggressive case! I sure do miss him but I’m also thankful I see a doctor now that was once his student!

I took my daughter, Kristin, to Dr. West for a consultation a couple of weeks ago. She has MS. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the disease but even more, I was impressed at how he explained her illness in terms we could understand! After the hour he spent with us, it is apparent that he genuinely cares for each and every one of his patients and I would highly recommend Dr. West for top quality care.

I have been seeing Dr West since my first diagnosis with MS in 2004. I will always see him no matter what state he lives in, that’s how good he is. He is so knowledgeable about this disease. He takes his time with every appointment I’ve had. I recommend him to anyone looking for the BEST neurologist.

Dr west is wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and very caring about the patient. Will listen intently to determine the patient’s concerns and offers helpful advice. I would recommend him to anyone seeking specialized help is his area of expertise.

This guy is a total brat. He took his personal life issues out on my mom and yelled at her. This guy is not professional at all. He’s overpriced, apathetic and rude.

Both my daughter and I have a similar medical condition and we went to him and he is an excellent doctor he is very thorough he spent a good amount of time with the visit and he came up with good solutions and the right medication. He was thorough with ordering the right diagnostic test too. The whole practice is great and the office staff is very accommodating. I would highly recommend him.
