Dr Barman is a good doctor and diagnostician. You do have to be prepared and share your concerns with his assistant before he comes in if you are there for a physical exam, but he will stop his usual lecture long enough to listen and then quickly assesses what you have told him, states his conclusions then orders tests, referrals, and or medications. I didn’t give 5 stars because my patient record is usually not updated with test results of mammograms or dexa scans done prior to my visit so he is not aware of the results…I’m not sure who is at fault here, but it does affect my evaluation

I love Dr Barman. He is always focused just on me during my visits. He listens and answers my concerns. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Barman is an amazing doc. He makes you feel at ease immediately, he's incredibly funny but you can tell he's got a lot of knowledge and joking aside he really knows what he's doing! He has a P.A named Margret who is absolutely wonderful so if you can't get in to see Dr. Barman shes usually available and they take great care of us. They are non-judgemental and they REALLY listen to you and don't treat you like "Im the doc I know everything you know nothing" They understand that it's my body and I know when something isn't right and they never just shrug off your concerns. I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Barman to anyone looking for an internist! Especially anyone looking for a doc outside of the Death Star (people factory where you're just a number andnot a human being also known as IMC). His staff is also amazing, very on top of things- prescriptions get filled quickly and correctly.

Dr Tom Barman cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable and kind to everyone. His group of staff also very professional and friendly. Dr Barman is our long time family doctor.

Dr Barman did a goodJob but the prescriptions have yet to be filled after 5 days even after leaving messages with his assistants. Very difficult to get a call through. Waited 40 minutes 2 times. No response. Can’t leave a message for a return call. System needs work. I need my meds but no way to get them to respond. Frustrating.
