Wasatch Pediatrics Willow Creek's Online Review Report Card

My son has been seeing Dr. Donnelly for about 11 years. We are extremely satisfied with the dedicated medical care, counselling, education and patience of Dr. Donnelly and the staff at Willow Creek Pediatrics. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Donnelly as a physician and this clinic overall for pediatric medical care.

We have been coming to this clinic for 7 years and have had excellent experiences with the doctors, nurses, and staff. All 5 of our children have been treated by Dr. Memmott, he is truly the best pediatrician ever! He is always kind and genuinely interested in how my kids are doing and how I am doing too. He makes the visit with the children personable and always listens to what they have to say and takes his time with them. He is very thorough and will always make sure I understand procedures and treatment plans and he makes sure that we discuss everything and all my questions are answered. I have always been so impressed with how caring and helpful he is. My youngest two are infant twins and one time on my way out of the clinic he took the time to help carry one of the car seats all the way out to my car for me, that's just how he is! So helpful and so nice! The scheduling staff have always been helpful and easy to work with and are attentive and kind. If we weren't able to see Dr. Memmott we would see another one of the providers. We have seen Dr. Lynch, Dr. Donnelly and Dr. O'Mara and each of them were excellent, very kind and friendly. The clinic is decorated so cute and is kid friendly and fun, each of the patient rooms has something really cool on the walls! The only reason we cannot come here anymore is because we moved to Utah county and the drive is too far now. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Memmott to anyone looking for an incredible pediatrician. Thank You Dr. Memmott, we love you and will miss you! We initially chose Wasatch Pediatrics for our first born son when he was born 2 years ago because of the very close location to our home and high overall rating. What a great decision that was! With the shut down so soon after his birth and covid running rampant, it was a comfort to be able to call someone at any hour day or night and get answers and support. We have called their doctors on call many times and we always receive top notch care, no matter how trivial our concern. Because he goes to daycare and has picked up just about every illness, we have seen every doctor in this group and love them all! They are all so patient, knowledgeable, and caring! I cannot recommend them high enough. Dr. Memmott is our regular doctor, but you cannot go wrong with any of the doctors in this practice. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I have used them for years and thought of them as trustworthy. After the last visit. I strongly advise anyone stays away from there. So amazing! Would recommend Dr. Sorensen to anyone. We also love that we can call the on call doctor for minor urgent care questions when the office is closed.

The doctors and nurses here are amazing! The only issues I have ever had were wait times and 1 or 2 unfriendly scheduling encounters. No biggie! My kids have been coming here for 8+ years, and we plan to stick around. We have worked with Dr. O'Mara, Dr. Lynch, and also Dr. Waterhouse a couple of times. I recommend them all!

We have been coming here since kids were born…we love the doctors here! Our doc is so kind and patient with answering questions and truly believes children are treasures. I would have given 5 stars but honestly I’m at my wits end on how long we always wait in the exam room to see the doc. I generally plan for a 2 hour appointment even though we only spend 10-15 mins with the doc. It’s normal to wait 30-45 minutes to see him. But we bring snacks and activities to keep the kids occupied! We have been coming here since kids were born…we love the doctors here! Amazing place to take your kids

I have been taking all 5 of my children to Dr. Memmott for over 13 years. Occasionally we will see another provider in the office but they never disappoint. I will continue to take my youngest for another 12 years Dr. Memmott is the best! Thank you for all you do!

All of the physicians here are great. We got to meet Dr. Stampfl when our baby was born (doctor on call - in the hospital) and he was fantastic. Originally planned to see Dr. Sorensen but had the opportunity of seeing Dr. Lynch instead. He is truly amazing! He is so kind with our little girl that we decided to stay with him for her care. Love his demeanor and all around personality. He truly loves what he does. So grateful for a wonderful pediatrician. Overall A+ office. All of the physicians here are great.
