I brought my baby to Kidscare because he was really sick with 102 fever. The receptionist had no concern with time they took 1 1/2 to see him . I do not recommend this place to anyone. I watched 2 people go in who came in after we did, I went to asked the receptionist why ? And she told me maybe is because they are more sick.

Dr. Nelson was efficient and helpful when my son came in with the flu. Also, we loved our nurse Elaine. We thought we left my son’s beloved stuffed lamb at Kids Care, and when we called about it she went looking for it, even out to the parking lot, and personally called me to let me know she wasn’t able to find it. Went in last night and had a great experience. It was a short wait, and the doctors were amazing working with kids. It wasn't rushed and all of our questions were answered.

It was a very unpleasant experience. I took my son in because he was really sick with 101 fever. The receptionist had no concern with time. She was playing on her phone the whole time and was very rude. The doctor we saw also had no concern with how miserable our son was. She told us there was nothing we could do for him and that he will get worse before he gets better. She then proceeded to lecture us on why My wife and I should get vaccinated. It felt like the doctor's appointment for us not for my son... I asked her if there was any treatments we could do at home for my son if he did have covid and she said, no there was absolutely nothing we could do but wait. From my own personal experience I know there is definitely treatments for COVID-19. My son tested positive for covid right after the visit (I had to go somewhere else to get the test) and I proceeded to give him Vitamin D and zinc. Within 20 mins of me giving it to him, his fever broke and he started to feel 10x better. I am very concerned about the knowledge the doctor had about covid. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Infact I believe they are a public health concern because they won't give their patients knowledge about COVID-19 treatment. All they care about is the vaccine. We’ve watched 2 people go in who came in after we did. When I asked they said there’s both instacare and kids care. I pointed out that we were all on the kids care side they looked and said oops. We’re still waiting and it’s been nearly an hour.

Always a great experience! I don’t remember names of all of the doctors who have helped us but everyone is so kind, the wait time isn’t long, all around good.
