Wait times are too long (waited in my car for an hour, then my room for 30 mins for the doctor to come). Doctors and nurses don't really take you case seriously, have a really laissez-faire attitude. Dr said my sinus infection is viral, even though he did no checks or anything. Green and yellow mucus, for which I've gotten antibiotics before. He said come back after 14 days. I was pretty much brushed off, even though he barely asked for any details or cared. My experience with this particular facility was amazing! The minute we walked in we were greeted by "Jesse" who was so friendly, helpful and personable. Great way to start our visit. The nursing staff was so great and efficient.Our Dr.Lancaster was informative, knowledgeable and so caring.We had an excellent experience and would highly reccomend this Instacare. I got tested and now I can’t find out my results. My health app won’t show anything and no one here answers the phone.

Had my wife visited several minutes ago. Dr. Kitch in Alta view instacare. It was absolutely terrible. He was doing regular Instacare routine. Take you, tell you nothing, and try to kick you out. My wife challenge him with questions he got upset and refused to take care of her. Super lazy and don't care about patients at all. He did not check ears, nose, hart. Just checked lungs and throat. Very slappy job. Very disappointed with IHC. Super poor quality!!! Just don't go there there is no sense because a doctor goal is to get rid of you as soon as possible and not help you. I have been to this facility a few different times over the last couple of years. I have had only the best experience every time. Everyone at the front desk to the doctors and lab technicians are very kind. This urgent care isn’t even in my insurance network but I seek them out anyway because of their professionalism and concern. The facility is always extremely clean. They also have the ability to run numerous tests there that other urgent care facilities would have to send you somewhere else to obtain. I didn't wait very long. The Dr. was caring, asked me about my injury & was concerned about my revovery. I've been to E. R. here MANY times, never have had a bad exprience.Love the Staff & the Doctors!!

Horrible wait when there’s 2 people there. Just seems like there’s people who come after you and they still get called up way before you. Waited for like an hour and a half for people who got there after me.

Great experience. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes. Got me back right away. Staff was pleasant and nice. I went in to have an infected cyst looked at. The doctor recommended lancing the cyst and draining out the infection, which he did. I was in and out in no time. I'm grateful to the staff, nurses and doctor. All acted professional. The WORST costumer service!!! The check in lady was extremely rude and was rolling her eyes the whole time. Please don’t come here.
