Dr. Lozano and her medical assistant are very welcoming and show so much kindness. Dr. Lozano listens to every detail and does what she can to make you satisfied and feeling better. They don't tolerate you being even 5 minutes late. They didn't let me see the doctor because I was a few minutes late. They said, "oh sorry, if you're late ever again we're going to have to dismiss you as a patient." They're such liars..

This clinic is very open, the outer walls are completely glass, you can see through to the valley, the parking lot, and anything around. The place is very clean. I enjoy the open stairway at the entrance as it's my preferred method of walking and it looks so pretty it encourages it and makes it a pleasant experience. Usually I take the stairs and it's dark in the cemented corner of of the building, closed, dark, unused, unappreciated. My doctor here always takes the time to explain why & how my body is reacted, & what we will do to help it. She is anti surgery which means she will try to use other forms of therapy before making your body & wallet suffer.
