He and his Assistant was so rude

I had an excellent experience. Friendly staff and short wait. The nurse was attentive, friendly and efficient. Dr Desmund has a good bedside manner, was knowledgeable and was efficient. Overall a great team of people.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. One shot to my finger was sent to my insurance as a surgery! No wonder the insurance premiums are constantly rising.

Dr. Desmond help cure my acne and my wife’s. We feel so much happier, he genuinely made such a difference. He was also really cool to work with. Really great guy, and very professional, yet easy to talk to. I would highly recommend!

The care at this clinic is amazing, the receptionist are not. 2 of the 3 are so rude, mean, just spiteful. Maybe you old gals need a vacation. You should take some lessons in kindness and try it out.

We had a terrible experience at this clinic! Our physician's name was Jamie Baker. She told me that we would need 6 laser hair removal treatments for my son. We did the six treatments which were extremely painful and there was zero improvement. So, we paid for 6 more and he endured more pain, still no results and if anything the hair had become thicker. We paid for another 6 treatments (total of 18). My son went in for two of those treatments then totally gave up and didn't want to return. I asked for a refund due to the lack of results. The refund was denied, they would only do more painful treatments which was the height of stupidity; asking someone to continue enduring pain without results. Excellent clinic. Utmost respect for both Dr. Desmond and his staff. The care you will receive is second to none. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The staff was nice but Dr Desmond botched my skin cancer removal and I have a awful scar. My stitches broke open twice and I had so much pain. I told him I didn’t feel like he should take out the last middle stitch because it didn’t feel like my head was sealed all the way and he said it would be fine, it wasn’t. I then had an allergic reaction to the ointment he gave me to use and I didn’t feel like they cared too much. I’m glad it was mostly along my hairline so it’s somewhat hidden but it’s kind of a mess. I had an appointment at what I thought was 3:30. I arrived at 3:34. I tried to tell the woman at the front desk the time of my appointment and my name. Before I could start..she cut me off. With an attitude she said how was anyone supposed to know you were coming and by the way it was at 3:25. She seemed pleased to announce the doctor had already left. I said really?
