The receptionists in cardiology department are the worst! Don't know what they are doing. Every visit they are creating issues! Either billing while not supposed to or can't find insurance info. while a regular patient doing a follow up. Very unproffessional, need more training not to create bad patient experience! Dr. Bryce Desmond in Dermatology was so rushed he didn’t even complete the tasks we set out to do. He seems very interested in making money and not in patient care. He kept saying “ Is that it, is that it?” I wasn’t at all at ease or comfortable, and I felt no trust that he had my best interest in mind.
