Worst experience I have ever had.

Cold and Frustrating Our experience with Dr. Blauer has been frustrating. When we've asked questions about our fertility we've gotten little information and little guidance on what we could do next. We have been given conflicting advice on treatment-specifically in the use of a medication which after several months we were told had never been necessary. Communication and empathy has been terrible. Dr. Blauer didn't seem to have any idea what treatments we had been trying for months in a recent appointment. We have felt like it's a monthly "Pay us to do this procedure to roll the dice again for no additional advice or information" game.

Seek Advice Elsewhere Dr. Blauer disclosed sensitive medical information to a third party, violating HIPAA regulations. When I scheduled a call to discuss my complaint and frustration of the disclosure of information, he proceeded to charge me $178 for a "consultation". We received no medical advice and during a very sensitive time of infertility, Dr. Blauer violated a secure act which was designed specifically to protect patient health information. I sincerely hope others will look to other fertility specialists for medical advice and care recommendations.

Dr. Blauer took the time to get to know us and cover our medical histories (and mine is a little lengthy). He asked us great questions and answered all of ours. We are looking forward to getting started with Dr. Blauer.

Everyone was very nice. The appointment was 40 minutes late but Dr. Was apologetic and we did not feel rushed for the meeting.

Communication from Dr. Blauer and his staff has been horrible from the beginning. Awful customer service. Their fertility treatment ultimately worked, but we will be going to a different clinic if we need services again in the future.
