Wesley Bott's Online Review Report Card

Went for an appointment weeks ago.. In pain to the point I can not walk. Weeks later and the only thing that has been done is a blood test.. That I can’t get the results for. I have called and every time I am told the dr. will call me when he is in the office.. They never call back. This has been going on for weeks no answers, no help, no results.. all I want is the result my blood test.. absolutely no help

Very approachable and easy to talk to. He listened and I didn't feel rushed. I am comfortable with him and believe I made the right decision in choosing him as my doctor.

I just want to say Thank You Dr Bott for not giving up on me! All the staff is always kind, considerate, thoughtful and caring. Thank you all.

I accompanied my adult daughter to her visit with Dr Bott and wanted to express my thanks for his care. He seems to remember he is providing a service and is working for the patient. Fantastic Doctor-Easy to talk to, friendly with children, a good listens when you share something. Great with youth our appointment was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a sports physical, or a Dr who is down to earth and cares. He was helpful in many ways and made sure our visit was a positive one.

What can I say about Dr Bott, he is the best, I visit a few drs at your company some of them are bad no compassion no empathy for sick people we are just another individual who are bothering them. Some are good . But Dr Bott is the cream of the cream he is knowledgeable of your presence and your sickness, he has empathy he ask questions to get to the bottom of your problem, he tell you was is going on how to resolve your problem and everything he does he’s aware of your reactions and try to make sure you are ok. I live in Orem but my trip to santaquin to see Dr Bott is priceless because I leave the office with hope and satisfaction. We took my son to Urgent Care. Dr Bott was the one working. Dr Bott was very thoughtful in listening to my son's complaints/symptoms. He told us that with those description of symptoms that would usually indicate something viral, but one of the descriptions didn't match the normal pattern. He said he tries to avoid antibiotics unless it is clearly a bacterial infection. But since the pattern didn't quite fit either a pure virus or a bacterial infection he offered to still write an antibiotic prescription and give it to us in printed form, so if my son continued to be sick we could fill it, but if he got over it on his own then we wouldn't have wasted our money on something we didn't need and something that would have led to more antibiotic resistance. I appreciated his willingness to educate us and empower us with options. Ultimately my son got better without having to fill the antibiotic. I really appreciated the way Dr Bott dealt with us.
