Lousy customer service. Unable to get a copy of my MRI. Each day they said it would be ready this afternoon tomorrow morning. Not until tomorrow etc. This went on for 4 days. I never had this problem when they were CDI.
Ramis radiology Wont schedule anyone that is ill even if they are covid negative. If your doc wants to find out if you have pneumonia you are out of luck here. They only take well people.
Tried to send a patient from an auto accident for xrays and refused unless they had the adjusters name. She sat there and argued with me Im done referring to this company. Your going to sit there and argue with the ordering doctor REALLY.
Forty five minutes in the waiting room for my appointment and no one said a word they were behind. Then I was taking back to change and get ready for MRI and waited again. While waiting there was a lady who was very late for her appointment who came running in. She was told she was so late they had to rebook her. She put up and scene saying I have to be seen today you have to help me.... They proceeded to allow her to fill out all the paperwork which should be filled out online before the appointment.... And then took her back for her appointment not putting others behind. No communication no regard.I wont return.
Had several MRIs in recent years. USMRI not sure of their new name was always receptive to me and my situations. Easy to get an appointment. Quick and efficient in getting the studies completely. Radiologists review past imaging for thoroughness. Two years ago I dont remember the Radiologist name the Doc read one of my scans but bc I was was from out of town he wrote a script for me right then to go to Valley Hosp. He told them of my emergent situation and even though after hours based on this radiologists suggestion they inserted the PICC line I needed and got me started on the medications at least a week before I would have received them back home.Thank You Crew Nice to see real medicine these days
If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Woman at front desk young hispanic girl treated me so poorly I will not be back. She seems to be a miserable person and it reflects in how she treats patients. I have worked in health care for 10+ years and have never seen anyone treat a patient that way for no reason.
worst customer service do not go here this is first time also our last time we wont be back.
So very disappointed in this place. I took my mother there today for an MRI and we had an awful experience. We were told her appt was at 145. Knowing that there was probably new pt paperwork to fill out we showed up at 120 so we could be on time. No one informed her on the phone that when they told her her appt time that it was for the paperwork time. We found out later at 245 that her appt was actually at 205 for the actual MRI. This was very frustrating. So they came to the lobby to get her at 205. At 230 they came out to get me to call one of her drs. She had had a previous surgery and they needed to know if it contained any metal. While I was on the phone with her drs office trying to find out we were told that there was another snag. They told me that they now couldnt do her MRI because the dr had to leave at 300. I looked around the lobby and saw people still filling out paperwork so I do feel we were lied to. I let them know that I had taken off work my mother had taken off work and that she doesnt drive and all my siblings work full time. This wasnt an easy task to get her there. They didnt care. They turned us away and told us to try another day. I called around and spoke to many MRI techs who said that what my mother had done last year NEVER contains metal and that any MRI tech should know this. We left very angry and definitely do not recommend this place
Office staff are unorganized. Insurance and billing is a nightmare. Diagnosis is terrible. If you have an actual medical condition that needs treatment you should run the other way. The US MRI radiologist said I might have cancer and I needed a followup CT Scan. Getting insurance approval took over a month because US MRI didn’t send the correct documentation to the insurance company. I had to call the insurance and US MRI back and forth multiple times to get the correct documentation sent all the while worrying that I might have cancer. When I got a bill from US MRI they didn’t include my payment or the insurance payment and tried to get me to double pay. When I went to a specialist to get the possible cancer diagnosed they requested that I get a new MRI from the hospital because the US MRI didn’t give them what they needed.
I came here for a CT Scan my girlfriend came along to make me feel comfortable. They literally made her go wait in the car because of COVID rules... when there was NO ONE in here but us. This is absolutely absurd terrible customer service. It’s already scary enough having to come here for appointments like this. I’ll never come to this location again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
