I have had a horrible experience with this staff. The office girls are young, rude, and have zero customer service skills. I had to cancel and appointment due to getting Covoid. During the time I was ill, my employment had open enrollment and my insurance carrier changed. I called multiple times over a period of weeks to get a new quote for the work I needed. The staff stated they would call me back with a new quote. After not receiving any communication or call back and leaving multiple messages, I called back and the Staff was so rude and inconvenienced I was calling back to get a new quote! I decided to find a new provider that displayed more professionalism and transparency. There are really good providers available to be treated so poorly.

Back when he was in Albuquerque he did a seriously terrible job on a root canal and crown for me. He didn't fully clear/fill the tips of the nerve canals, and I'm worried it will need to be redone. The root canal, crown casting, and crown fitting also all took FOREVER, he was seriously the slowest dentist I've ever had. The crown is currently only 6 years old and it's already loose. It hurts right now, and I'm going in to have it looked at ASAP. It's also had GIANT gaps since the moment it went in, and he never did anything about those either, or even really took me seriously. The overhang in the front is so huge it cuts floss, and he just told me it would probably wear down and smooth out. HOW WILL IT WEAR DOWN? It's between my teeth at the gum line! My gums have been mildly inflamed from this crown for SIX YEARS right now.
