I recieved a friendly greeting when I walked through the door. Presented my I.D. and filled out some paperwork. I was encouraged to visit the restroom as I would be lying on the table for a while. They wanted me to be comfortable. I was shown to a dressing room and given some scrubs to change in to. Im an above knee amputee with a prosthetic leg. A wheelchair was brought to transport me from dressing room to MRI. The staff was very helpful getting me in position. I dont recall names my memory is good but short. I do remember pleasant smiles and caring people. I was given headphones to listen to a music genre of my choice. I prefer classic rock. The music was great started out with Wheel in the Sky by Journey. The music softened the noise of the machine and helped the time pass quickly. A smile while the table was retracted. I was helped up and into the wheelchair taken back to the dressing room. Dressed and headed to the door. The delightful women at the front desk gave me a disc to give to my Dr. Wished me a good rest of my day. Told me to be safe. I left with a smile on my face having had a totally painless experience. A great staff professional and cordial. I was in and out in just over an hour as promised. Thank you to all who assisted. You did a great job.John M Higley

They were fast and friendly. Always made sure I was doing OK.

The office was clean and staff was friendly. The procedures were quick and explained so there was no complaints or fuss.

Very helpful friendly staff Was going to get my CT scan at a hospital but US MRI was much more cost effective. Would recommend US MRI to everyone that’s needs an MRI or CT scan

Great positive experience I went to the one in South Ogden. I had 2 40min MRI an xray to do.....I was terrified to have them done But the entire staff at US MRI was so kind patient with me. From walking in...throughout process...to completing tests victoriously walking out...They were so kind couched me through it all I highly recommend👍🏼

The only complaint I have is that the tech spelled my name wrong on the CD when she was obviously looking at my name on the computer 😂

They were able to get me in quickly next day compared to where my doctor tried to send me Sept. 28. The tech Brandon South Ogden was willing to stay in the room with me to keep me calm and not freaking out Plus they were willing to work on the cost.

I was able to get scheduled in 4 days earlier than my Physicians original referral. I should have contacted US MRI first It looks like Im headed in for surgery now because of the delay. Had I gone to US MRI first I probably wouldnt need surgery. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. If I ever need an MRI again Im going to go to them hands down.

I had needed an EMERGENCY mri no one that base suggested could get me in for weeks. For an EMERGENCY one. The ER who said I needed it wouldnt do it wont be leaving them 5 stars.... so I googled my insurance and U.S MRI was the first to pop up Not only did they get me in the very next day they did ALL three of the areas gave me my disc that day too The whole experience there was welcoming everyone was we extremely patient and kindIF you are claustrophobic THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU Their machines are very open and spacious. I even joked with her about how I dont like the head piece I had to wear once before they even have a special way they do those to help claustrophobic Paige to or PTSD patients Moms can even be IN THERE to hold their childrenMusic options were great and head phones actually worked Locker room for your items55 for sure I went to the south Ogden location if that helps anyone And it was worth the 13 minute drive from base WELL worth it

They provide a great service for the price. Way better than a typical hospital.
