Lousy customer service. Unable to get a copy of my MRI. Each day they said it would be ready this afternoon tomorrow morning. Not until tomorrow etc. This went on for 4 days. I never had this problem when they were CDI.

Ramis radiology Wont schedule anyone that is ill even if they are  covid negative. If your doc wants to find out if you have pneumonia you are out of luck here. They only take well people.

Forty five minutes in the waiting room for my appointment and no one said a word they were behind. Then I was taking back to change and get ready for MRI and waited again. While waiting there was a lady who was very late for her appointment who came running in. She was told she was so late they had to rebook her. She put up and scene saying I have to be seen today you have to help me.... They proceeded to allow her to fill out all the paperwork which should be filled out online before the appointment.... And then took her back for her appointment not putting others behind. No communication no regard.I wont return.

Had several MRIs in recent years. USMRI not sure of their new name was always receptive to me and my situations. Easy to get an appointment. Quick and efficient in getting the studies completely. Radiologists review past imaging for thoroughness. Two years ago I dont remember the Radiologist name the Doc read one of my scans but bc I was was from out of town he wrote a script for me right then to go to Valley Hosp. He told them of my emergent situation and even though after hours based on this radiologists suggestion  they inserted the PICC line I needed and got me started on the medications at least a week before I would have received them back home.Thank You Crew Nice to see real medicine these days

Horrible customer service rude and pushy technicians. Not a place for someone to feel comfortable for their breast exam. Do not recommend.

The appointment was scheduled with CDI Puyallup because it had the shortest wait time. However after weeks of waiting CDI Puyallup was unable to complete the scheduled biopsy because they did NOT have the needed materials. This mix up caused increased stress and an extended wait time. When I got the bill for the first visit I called to let them know there was a mix up since the scheduled biopsy had not occurred. After multiple calls over several days I was eventually told that even if we had done the scheduled biopsy in one visit we would have been charged for using the ultrasound twice in one day. The experience was very stressful and frustrating. I DO NOT recommend this location.☹️

Big change from the last imaging experience. Tech was callus and uncaring technology questionable. When I mentioned the entire table was vibrating hard during the exam one that requires precision I was told that It does that. Im a tech it shouldnt do that. Period. Had to return for images he couldnt complete due to IV access.

Dr. Bove refused to see my son because he has autism. I did not know his appointment had been canceled until we arrived.

Everything. I’ve had abdominal imaging. Back Neck imaging. Leg imaging. Mammogram pretty much anything u need an MRI or CT scan or ultra sound for. I have severe medical PTSD so if staff can make me at ease well they can do so for you. Go to CDI for any imaging you might need they are THE BEST in the Twin Cities don’t even think of going anyway else and hint hint especially do not go to Fairview Ridges or Southdale for anything unless you want to be treated like a criminal needing medical care.
