Staff was rude. they told us we should expect to wait to be seen for at least an hour after our appointment. They treated people dressed nice very well. Dr lord does not comminicate well/almost not at all. If you profession is mostly elderly people you should learn how to speak with them.

Dr. Lord is wonderful. confident, efficient, very quick, cares a lot about his patients, and definitely knows what he's doing. He gave me a lot of my freedom back. He fixed my eyeballs and now I can do art again. Highly recommend looking into him and his team. They are great!
