I was treated horrible by the doctor Shawno E. May I saw. He refused to listen to my problem. Told me that I wasn't allergic to the eye drops I was trying to tell him I was. He ended up giving me eye drops that had the same ingredients in them causing my eyes more damage. He refused to answer any of my questions and was very impatient and irritated with me for asking or trying to say anything. Also while trying to do the exam if I said I could not see the letters he would get very mad at me and tell me to take this seriously. Increasingly getting more and more upset that I could not read the bord instead of helping me he ended up just giving up on me. My mother had to drive me being as I couldn't see and he was rude to her as well. Telling us that he new what he was doing and that he didn't need to tell us anything. I have never met a doctor so arrogant and unwilling to help. I will now be facing permanent eye damage that could have been prevented due to this doctor. Not to mention months of lost wages at work because I can't see. I absolutely hope nobody goes here they clearly do not care about there patients.

We had such a wonderful experience taking our 8 year old here. The staff was kind, efficient, and informative. We didn’t feel nickel-and-dimed as we have with other eye centers. So glad we found Richens!

Dr. May is amazing, cares for his patients and keep me informed of all that is going on with my eyes. I have been seeing Dr. May for some time and he is always professional and friendly and shows concern from my needs.

I had eyelid surgery on both eyes. At first I thought I had made a big mistake. Than about 6 weeks later everything looked great and kept getting better all the time. Now everything looks normal. Dr. Tidbit done a spectacular job. Thanks
