Extremely competent and personable opthamologist. Explained things very well. He could have been profited by having a model of an eye in his office to explain aspects of the procedure he was explaining or drawing pictures of. I also appreciated the friendliness and competency of the staff at the surgical center. Nurses and CRNA were very attentive to my situation. My eyesight was returned to a state I haven't experienced for years and my fears and apprehensions about eye surgery never materialized. A very positive experience.

Dr. Hendrix performed my cataract surgery. His team made the entire process easy.

Dr Hendrix is qualified enough, but the staff--mostly the receptionists certainly not. After several procedures on my eye after cataract surgery, I called and asked if Dr Hendrix could call me back. Her response was, "What is it that you want--we are a very busy clinic, you know." I was not impressed.

I supposedly had a consultation with Dr Hendrix who was referred to me by another Dr to ask about possible option for improving my vision. It has been a problem since I had RK Surgrey years ago. But instead I was treated as if I was going in for an eye examination and was put through a battery of unnecessary expensive test. I had one that they hooked me up to that was not even working correctly said they had to get a tech on but did not really need anyway. I was there for almost 2 hours. Then I finally got to a room to see the doctor and realized that they really did not even know what I was there for. When I explained it to the assistant, they sent someone else in to run another test which was the only one I needed for the consult and finally talked to the Dr which all took about 15 minutes? I would not recommend Dr Hendrix to anyone he doesn’t pay attention to his clients and what they are there for vert strange.

Dr Hendricks and staff were superb in all endeavors. He did removal of cataracts and implanted two new lenses. I also had a procedure to correct an astigmatism in one eye. Everything went as he explained. And I can see well without contacts or glasses for the first time in my life. Simply Phenomenal. I highly recommend him for any surgical procedure.

Dr. Hendrix and his staff were very kind and my experience was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone with eye health concerns
