He is the best Dr.we have ever had and we have lived all over the USA.

Dr Obray has excellent paper credentials. I trust his knowledge. I have seen him a couple of times and I am always rushed. He will pawn you off to a PA as quickly as possible. I had 3 appointments in a row cancelled by his team for an important injection. His practice makes you feel like a number. So take this for what it is. A well eductated Doctor that is either too busy or simply not interested in really helping. He came across to me like a take it or leave it kind of person who wasn't really concerned wtih my pain and suffering. I am giving 3 stars because I've been to a lot of other Pain Doctors that I did not trust as far as diagnosis, but I am subtracting 2 stars because being treated like a number doesn't sit well with me.

I love Rick, my 1st visit he sat down looked me in the eyes and “Tell me what is causing your pain and how long and where is it at?” I felt he cared about me, not just a number!

Have had PRP treatment on my shoulder & elbow 7 times over the past 7 years by 3 doctors. I would highly recommend Dr Rick Obray for this procedure as his technique is tops.

He always listened and went the extra mile. His staff is also amazing. Best doc I've had for pain management and I've lived with pain my entire adult life.

He might be a good doctor, but you'll see him the first visit and be passed onto a PA with never another ounce of medical advice. My experience at least!

Southwest spine and pain is an amazing clinic with fantastic staff and providers. Dr. Rick Obray is a genuinely caring person. I am always educated on my treatment plan and feel that I am given the care I need. Dr. Rick Obray and his staff are always efficient yet spend the appropriate time during my appointment.

I was sent to him for pain management after talking with me and examination he determined I needed further testing before pain intervention treatment. He sent me to get an MRI and found I needed surgery He is very knowledgeable.

I have had intractable daily migraines for over 3 yrs. He is very patient and caring and after trying all procedures from injections, nerve blocks, botox, stem cell treatment & living on pain meds for yrs he finally suggested as a last option a neuro stimulator implant trial. He did the trial insertion of leads last week & I have had no migraines since the trial! I am now moving forward to having him surgically implant the stimulator permanently. I highly recommend him. He's really is the best

Dr. Rick Obray is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He has excellent communication skills and knows his specialty very well. It is a busy office, but he always gives you the time you need to have your questions answered so you feel prepared to make treatment choices. His entire office works very well together and they do everything they can to get you care quickly. Dr. Rick deserves 7 stars! Our community is lucky to have him.
