I like this facility, compared to where i came from. Everyone here seems genuinely concerned about my recovery, and the steps needed to make it a reality. Thanks to everyone here at New Seasons.

Stay away from this place! Go to another clinic. These people will steal your money , lose your paperwork, be disrespectful to you and look down at you. I’ve had nurses and program leaders use inappropriate slander towards me. The program director has no idea how to do her job and instead chooses to be disrespectful to the patients she’s stealing money from.

This place has really helped me get my life together, but the wait times are getting worse and worse. Their staff keeps quitting and it makes me wonder why… the wait times need to be worked on . There is no reason there shouldn’t be two nurses on a Saturday. I come early and still have had to wait hours at a time, with 15 minutes between each person it’s truly a joke..

To start methadone saved my life and for the first 8 months the clinic was great i was usually in and out no issues but the last month a few of the good nurses quiet and since then they have gone down hill its saturday they open at 7 but they where here but didnt open the door tell 7 15 i am the manager for a restraunt and have to be at work earlier and for 2 weeks they cost me money they need to learn time management and improve i get there some new employees and there learning but there a point to when its neglect.

Worst place in town. Avoid it at all costs. If you want help, then find the other options available in town. I won't name names but I'm definitely going to check out whats going on there next time I visit. I have been to this clinic several times throughout my travels as a guest "dower." Yes that's what they call you, not a patient.This is by far the worst I have visited. It's presentable but it's truly the people here that make it the worst. The nurses were nice, the office manager was nice but the gentlemen I spoke with there, almost put me back on the road to relapse. I believe he said his name was Dan and that he was foreign. (He mumbled a lot and appeared to have an accent) Yes that's how bad this place is.

There are only a handful of people here who actually care. Once the office manager Tammy leaves, the whole place is screwed. Their only saving grace might be Gary, the cowboy. The program director is not only a disingenuous human but he lacks the ability to hold empathy for anyone that comes through his doors. His English is poor and that wouldn't normally bother me, except this is the kinda bad where the language barrier interrupts the intellectual conversation you are trying to have. Essentially rendering the time you spent trying to have a conversation; pointless. This place will probably only wake up after it's too late and all of its patients and staff are gone. It's very sad that a program that is in place to help people does nothing but check the boxes for the state/gov. There is no help here, they can't keep employees and if you haven't heard of "True North," check their program out. Call them to speak to humans who care.
