They cancelled two of my appointments without my consent. And they lie saying I cancelled them myself or that I was notified when I was NOT. Somebody is lying making stuff up. The service isn’t that great either. As soon as I get the chance I’ll take my service somewhere else.

The staff and Doctors are rude, with the exception of Dr. Tate who is the best. They should hire people compromised with patients, it looks like they are working only for the paycheck.

An emergency visit at this place consists of arriving 7:30 before they even open and still wait hours to be seen! No such thing as appointment or emergency. The least they can do is let you know you will wait 3 or 4 hrs. Or until they see fit

The nurses and the doctors are very rude and not someone that I would take my worst enemy to. I've literally been going there since I was born and they have changed so much for the worse. Don't recommend at all. Except for Tate Jensen but you can go to the Magna clinic for him. So I wouldn't bother even contacting this place ever.

Not only did I wait 1 month for an appointment but when i got here they had me wait for 2 hours in a room & still didn’t attend me i had to reschedule my appointment. WORST HEATH CARE FACILITY IVE EVER BEEN TO.

They always hang up the phone on you, at first I thought it was something with the line but I’ve been calling in a weekly basis and they always hung up on me, when they do answer it gives me the idea that they hate to work there, they’re rude, never whiling to give you information about anything. I wish I could give them0 stars, you give community clinics bad reputation
