List of Summit Community Counseling's Reviews
Summit Community Counseling is your safe space for a healthcare team that truly cares about their patients best interests. Hands down the best of the best! Thank you, Summit Community Counseling!!!
Summit Community Counseling is a life-saver! All of their counselors are very professional, educated, and experienced in a wide range of mental health issues and disorders. Dr. Malm, the owner, and executive director has decades of experience within the mental health field and goes above and beyond to support and help her clients. I wouldn't trust anyone more than her and her company with something as important as mental health and wellness! HIGHLY recommend!
I had a wonderful experience there, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I was treated to gourmet coffee, chocolates and free wi-fi whenever I had to wait. The doctor was awesome, my treatment was awesome, and I got a good and very well described diagnosis and a road-map to further treatment.
I very unprofessional place and the therapist who I think is the owner or manager was negligent. This man spent an hour or so with me and my best friend of 30 years. I bring my best friend to help me complete a thorough history with correct timelines. I thought all went ok but I sensed there was something off when it cane time to end. The therapist told me he would call. I never heard from him. I ended up calling 3 times. Each time he said he would call back. He NEVER would call back. I was in a very distressed place in my life and kind of desperate for some help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
