Brandon Allen's Online Review Report Card

I brought my friend to her appointment today as a new patient to get her ankle looked at. Shes been having consistent pain for over a year despite months and months of physical therapy. Dr. Allen spent less than 10 minutes with her and never even looked at her ankle. His diagnosis? Shes fat. If she was skinnier they wouldnt hurt. Is zero stars an option? I will never stand by someone willing to fat shame a new patient right out of the gate without taking even a moment to learn about them.

I called needing 2 pills to get me by on my ulcer medication until my next appointment. They refused because of a yearly visit policy. I guess they need my $75.00 copay just for the doctor to renew an existing prescription. I will be switching to an IHC doctor immediately. Terrible customer service.

I was a few minutes late to my first appointment because I have 2 kids and had to take care of them first before I could leave. The first thing Dr. Allen said to me when he burst into the exam room clearly in a hurry was a comment about how late I was that morning. I was so taken back about how blatantly rude that was.I had an EKG as part of my visit and before I had the chance to put my clothes back on dr. Allen burst through the door while I was still in my bra clearly on a hurry to get me out of there. It was humiliating.Sorry Dr. Allen but you only get one chance at a first impression and that was it. I’ll be establishing primary care elsewhere.

Dr Allen is great to work with on current and new issues. He is very friendly and concerned for his patients and will do what is in his power to suggest and recommend treatment. He follows up on previous visits, medications, and needed treatments. A great family doctor.

Best experience you could expect when going to the DR. I was in and out so fast Dr. Allen was very kind the ladies at the desk were kind I’m so happy that I chose this facility

Dr. Allen is such a great doctor. He took time to talk with me and I wasn’t rushed. He even got my medicine over to the pharmacy quick. Thanks for everything you do

Dr. Allen was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and gave me options. When prescribing he made sure to explain the difference between certain meds and their possible side effects. I am very pleased with the experience and the Granger Medical center is definitley my new go to doctors office. Making an appointment was easy and the wait to get in to see the Dr. wasnt long st all they called me in before the receptionist had finished scanning my id and insurance.

Dr Allen and his Nurse are the best there is for a family dr they are always there for me

Dr Allen is a very caring doctor hes a good listener and is helpful in making medication choices. Its nice to feel my health care is a partnership with my doctor.
