List of Bruce Kenwood's Reviews
Dr. Kenwood was very informative and concerned about my condition and my ride home.
Extremely satisfied with my appointment. Dr. Kenwood took the time to listen and was not in a rush to get me out of the office.
Had to have two stints place in my heart.Dr Kenwood was very informative and helped me understand all that was going on during the procedure. All went well and I am doing a lot better!
The doctor is great; knowledgeable and instructional. Thank you.
I made an appointment to visit with Dr. Kenwood on 10/28/20 at 3 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early and asked for assistance locating his office in the complex. I was advised to first go to admission which I did. Since there were a couple of people ahead of me, I decided to call his office to let them know I was at admission and would be over as soon as possible. The receptionist told me I did not need to go through admission and should come right over. She explained where they were and I immediately walked over. At this time it was 3:15 p.m. Upon arriving at his office, I was informed that the doctor had now cancelled my appointment and that I would need to re-schedule for late November. I attempted to explain that I had been told to go to admission first and was just following their procedure. When I requested that the receptionist explain this to the doctor so I could see him, she said she already had and I would need to re-schedule. I am very disappointed in the lack of real care and concern Dr. Kenwood exhibited for me as a patient. I elected not to re-schedule and informed the receptionist that this was no way to begin a doctor / patient relationship and that I would find another doctor to see.
I talked to Dr. Kenwood after being sent home from a clinic with a positive Covid test. I was sent home with a recommendation that I take OTC cold medicine. It was early in the disease, and I was having moderate symptoms. I was a little short of breath, had pain in my lower back, right side,( Making me think I had pneumonia again) and had sniffing, sneezing, and a slight cough. Dr Kenwood immediately told me I needed to contact my GP and get signed up for a Monoclonal Antibody Therapy. He said with my prior heart attack, 4 years ago, my past high BP, and my age and weight, I was a perfect candidate. He said it had helped him. I got the GP's permission and was in the hospital for the quick, outpatient IV the next day. It was the best thing I could have done for my Covid. It changed the course of my experience, I had already felt like I was getting pneumonia, and this improved my symptoms by 60-70% and changed everything. Thank you for your experience, knowledge, and ability to cut to the chase. It was wonderful, Thank you M. Rakowski
I am very happy with the treatment i receive from Dr. Kenwood and would recommend him to all. But you can not reach his staff directly with any concerns. They do not answer the phone as their recorded message always says they "are with patients". You must always leave a message and hope you are available when they return your call. Horrible way to run an office (i am not blaming the Doctor).
Its ok to see PA for my yearly visit. But when I'm having chest pain and my blood pressure is high. Dr Kenwood cannot give me 5 minutes of his time. Not good. I had a stress test the PA told me my heart was strong. Still having chest pain, and blood pressure was high. Dr had no time to see me. His nurse was rude on the phone. she was going to get me in for a angiogram. Fri but ins hadn't ok'd it. Wanted me to wait Tues. I had a triple bypass that Saturday. New cardiologist he's great.
Needed to visit about possible cardiac problem via phone. Dr. Kenwood was most patient while taking the time to explore the problem and explaining consequences while providing advice for future steps, if needed.
Horrible front office customer service and scheduling in person and on phone. No in person greeting in the office. No apology or opportunity to reschedule when doctor had to leave for the hospital, after waiting a month and a half to get in, following an emergency room visit. Rude, accusatory and unaccomidating front desk staff. Dr. Kenwood came highly recommended and unfortunately I never got past the front desk to have the chance to see him. Definitely should consider new office staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
