The worst experience ever. I’ve already switched doctors and hospitals. This doc has no bedside manner, ordered unnecessary test and was basically disconnected. Steward medical facilities are a joke. No staff, long wait times, no direction. I’d rather pay out of network insurance prices than return to this doctor or any Steward facility.

Dr Massinople treats me with upmost care He and his staff goes above and beyond for my well being When I'm not doing good they tell me. When I'm Gooding good they make me feel great about myself

I love Dr. Massinople. He is knowledgeable and thorough. However, my experience by phone with his technician Wendy feels very discouraging to me. She will not acknowledge my concerns and is condescending toward me in her tone, using harsh phrases of insistence that make me feel dominated, without real concern for me as a patient. I know my own body and I try to explain my concerns to her. She entirely ignores my words and talks over them, continually going back to her harsh tone of insistence. Every phone call leaves me feeling very frustrated and without help. What I need, as a patient, is a sincere, listening ear and a more respectful tone in explanations.

All the procedures were done with full explanations the whole process was very professional and thorough and I would recommend Dr massanopo for anyone requiring a cardiologist

I really appreciate that Dr Massinople takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions and review all aspects of my visit. I don’t feel like I’m being rushed through the appointment. And the staff are friendly and efficient.

The office is clean, keeps COVID guildlines, and is patient friendly. Dr Massinople is awesome and wonderful. He’s one of my most thorough & thoughtful providers. He’s a no nonsense doctor. I wouldn’t want to have anyone else, except loved ones, care for my heart!!! And the nurses & staff, all of them, are fantastic!!
