Perfection!!! Dr. Grua has been my favorite doctor of all times. I know he’ll do what’s best for my health and that he cares deeply! Chris (his nurse,) is also perfect!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grua for 11 years. Beforehand I had spent multiple years going to doctor after doctor. After spending a few visits with Grua I was diagnosed with Graves Disease. I chose on my own free will to have my thyroid removed after being very well educated by him on all my options. I was told my levels would be hard to sustain with no thyroid by everyone. I have been on the same dose for 10 years with a little change when I was pregnant. Which also he met with me regularly through my pregnancies after having miscarriages thought to be due to the thyroid levels. Needless to say the day he retires will be one of the hardest days of my life! He's seen me through some very hard times. Always with humor and the best advice. Couldn't recommend him enough!

After six months of trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Grua, I give up. Staff does not return phone calls. They could at least tell you what is going on, or if this doctor is not a good fit for you, but NOTHING. As the parent of an adult special needs child with significant medical issues, it is extremely discouraging to encounter such a stonewall in trying to obtain care for myself. I have never before encountered a medical office operated like this one.

Dr. Grua rushed my appointment and when I asked him questions about my symptoms, he repeated 3 times that he only works with the thyroid. He reviewed my thyroid ultra sound, which stated my thyroid was atrophying through the measurements and written conclusion, and he said it was a typo. When I tried to ask what should be done, he told me I had no endocrinology issues, even though I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 4 years ago and have worsening symptoms. He was definitely the worst, and least respectful doctor I have been.

Dr. Grua was more interested in sharing his political views than helping someone who “didn’t look sick.” He made several inappropriate and unprofessional comments during the very rushed appointment, complaining that people talk too much while he Shanghaied the entire conversation. Will not be back.

Awesome doctor! Listens to patients, goes above and beyond root causes of illness ect No medical gaslighting. He spent an hour reading over my medical records and history prior to my visit. I've had difficulty fund a doctor to listen. The World needs more doctors like him! So thankful.
