At first my wife liked Joni. She would listen and take the necessary steps to address the issues my wife had. Later on down the road, Joni became less compassionate and less attentive to the point where she had made my wife upset on multiple occasions. When my wife needed additional care, Joni made it abundantly clear she was no longer interested in helping my wife. Her correspondence became less and less as well as her demeanor declined and showed no integrity in the care she gave. Whether it is a reflection of Joni's care or maybe a personality flaw in her assistant, my wife was unable to achieve a positive experience even when requesting help through the assistant themselves. We will no longer be seeking services from Joni or her staff as they have no passion in helping others. I would advise being cautious when seeking healthcare through this doctor's office. If I could give less stars in review, I most certainly would.

Dr. Hougaard and Alex are two of the nicest healthcare professionals I know! Every time I have come in for a visit, they have greeted me kindly, and with a smile on their face. After I tell them why I am visiting, they both empathize with me, and do their best to help me feel better as fast as possible. They are both genuinely happy if things are improving, which is a huge encouragement boost for me!Whenever I have a question Dr. Hougaard always takes the time to answer it, and even explains any extra details related to it. Most doctors have to rush to get to their next patient, but I love that she makes sure that I am all set before saying goodbye.Dr. Hougaard and Alex also have a great sense of humor, which to me is very appreciated! Considering the stress of being a healthcare professional, it is so nice that they "keep it human" when talking to me; even causing me to LOL at times!Thank you both for all the hard work you do Dr. Hougaard and Alex! I really appreciate all you have done for me, and will continue to do for me going forward!

I would recommend Dr Hougaard to anyone looking for a new doctor. She takes time to talk to you and asks if you have any concerns. She is usually very prompt and you aren’t waiting forever to see her.

Dr. Hougaard saw me twice and gave me medication because I had a kidney stone. It took a week before I finally pasted the kidney stone and started feeling better. She was very professional and helpful.
