Really really bad. As of right now Ive been waiting for around a month for them to schedule me and Ive been sitting on hold to ask about this for around a half an hour now. Unless there is no other option I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Just a really terrible experience.

The Dr. was nice but his staff has no desire to actually do their jobs. If you like staying on hold for hours leaving voicemails and getting the runaround at literally every step this is the place for you.

The only complaint I have is that it is hard to reach anyone on the phone. The phone rings and rings or you get the message to leave a message and they will return my call in 48 hours. That is hard to hear when you need to talk to someone that day not 48 hrs from now. I think you need to hire another person to help with the phones.

My only thing with Dr. Chowdhary’s office is that there are days that no one answers the phone. There’s no explanation if they’re out of the office. Very frustrating

Doctor was fine. Not reliable support at all. Appointment was changed without telling me on the first attempt. then when I was trying to get the sleep study I kept getting contradictory information on when and where I could pick up my kit to take home. And when I tried to confirm for the entire week before I was to pick it up i got nothing but answering machines and have still not heard back. Since the office is a little over an hour from my home. Im not making another wasted trip.

I would give a 0 or Even negative if I could. A family member was referred to him and it was the absolute worst experience ever. I would not recomend him to anybody.
