Brad Clark's Online Review Report Card

Dr Clark is a very nice guy and he always seemed rushed and didn’t have the best bedside manner. Communication with his office was not great. My one month old was constipated for two weeks and it took me a whole week to get them to call me back. Always seemed rushed at appointments and felt my questions weren’t answered throughly. At my babies 2 month appointment they did not talk to us about the vaccines he was getting, potential side effects, and how he could react. We also didn’t get fact sheets about the vaccines, which I found out later is legally required. My son had a hard time after the vaccines and we were not prepared nor did we know what to look for and what was normal or not. Switched after that.

Today was our first visit with Dr. Clark for my daughter and it will probably be our last which is a shame because Dr. Clark seems like a nice guy but that did not make up for the nurses and receptionists who fell very short. They all seemed miserable and like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere but at Ogden Clinic working for Dr. Clark. My daughter needed to be caught up on vaccines and the receptionist spelled our last name wrong so they couldn't access her vaccine records online. I called her last doctor during her appointment with Dr. clark and got her ID for the doctor. The nurse came in with the vaccines and I asked if that was with the new info from Dr. Clark. She said no and administered the vaccines anyways then walks out. As we gathered our things to leave we run into the doctor that says she needed more vaccines (of course) so we went back into the room and waited again and got an additional 2 vaccines, which my daughter at that point was freaking out about getting more after they said she was done. The doctor gave her a coin to get a prize and we walked up front only to find out it was back by the room we were in, so back we went while the receptionist laughed about how we didn't know, when nobody told us where it was. The waiting room is STERILE, zero toys, no books, no magazines just one very loud tv. For a pediatric office, this is so disappointing. We were supposed to get blood work done and they told me to go to the lab on the way out but we had no idea where that was either so we just left. So unorganized, so unprofessional. We came from an absolutely amazing pediatrician with amazing nurses and to see the HUGE difference in the atmosphere and environment here was shocking and disappointing.

I’ve been taking my 6 month old to Dr. Clark since he was born. He was really nice at first but as time went on i realized i didn’t really like his bedside manner and he always seems very rushed. Our last appointment was the last straw for me. My baby has been having a very hard time sleeping because he’s having digestive issues that are making him uncomfortable at night. This has been going on for a couple months and i took him into Dr. Clark to see what we could do for my baby and he made me feel like i was wasting his time because according to him nothing is wrong and i just need to sleep train my baby and stop soothing him to sleep at night. This 100% not a sleep training issue and if he actually listened to me he’d know that. After that appointment i knew i was never going back there.

I was not personally a fan of Dr. Clark. I took my son to him for a well child check and felt very rushed. I didn't feel like he had time to answer all the questions I had. I also asked if he could check my sons mouth for any ties. He acted like he checked and told me my son didn't have any. Two months later, I found out pediatricians aren't trained to check for ties and my son had 4 ties. I would've had a lot more respect for him if he would have told me he wasn't trained to do so and/or referred me to someone else instead of acting like he was.

Scheduled a checkup visit with him for my 6 month old baby. He was condescending, took a call on his cell phone in the middle of our appointment, and kept referring to my child as a he instead of she; even after correcting him the first time he had said it. I simply was not impressed by his bedside manners and did not feel heard. He was not attentive at all.

He listens, answers all questions and is really good with my kids. He is very knowledgeable and is an excellent doctor.

The Dr is great , but the wait is horrible. We waited in the waiting room for an hour and then another 35 min in the room before the Dr. came into the room. The appointments need to be better timed.

I've been taking my kids to Dr.Clark for about 3 years now and I love how he interacts with them and how professional he is... The staff has always been amazing an everyone always has a smile ....

I love doctor Clark. He really cares for his patients and really listens and makes the kids feel comfortable. My children love him.

Dr. Clark is great. He has always taken his time with my daughter, and always answers my questions. The reason for the 4 stars is because of his nurse/MA. She is so hard to get ahold of when I call in with questions and seems bugged when I do. Sometimes she doesn’t call until the next day.. nurses play a huge role in the patients experience.
