Was very rude Have never been treated that way by a Dr. Nurse and rest of staff were nice and did a good job.

Impatient and rude

Unable to reach them to schedule appoints. I’ve tried all and unable to talk to anyone in this office just for scheduling. Would be easier to drive to the clinic to schedule the appointment. I may have to do it today. It’s now Thursday with text calls or answer the phone.

Dr. Oakes was friendly and personable took time to understand both my concerns and my level of understanding and then communicated with me on my level. She was not at all condescending or dismissive which I appreciate. She explained her rationale well and overall Im very pleased with the care at her office Her assistant was also kind and efficient. Dr. Oakes was behind and I waited a while but she explained why on call issue and I appreciated that she acknowledged and briefly explained the delay. Im much more inclined to be patient when Im made aware of situations outside of the clinics control.

Dr. Oakes was friendly and personable. She spoke with me about my concerns in a very understandable manner and made certain all my questions were answered. Took my worries seriously

Dr Oakes has a horrible bedside manner. My husband went in to see her for a gastro problem he is having and she had absolutely no sympathy. She pretty much said his constant pain was normal. She was very condescending and rude. Then she asked us what tests we wanted her to run. Why would we come see her and pay her if we already knew what to do to fix this? What a joke.

Not impressed with Dr. Oakes. She was condescending and seemed annoyed by my questions. She was not thorough in acquiring relevant details and I felt that the lack of quality probing questions was taking her off course. Sometimes its the questions you ask or dont ask that can reveal the incompetence of a professional.

Dr. Oakes has always been a pleasure to deal with. Her staff is exceptional and show an abundance of care. I have had my procedure several times due to history I have them yearly and as a repeat customer I can highly recommend her to anyone else needing a checkin and checkup.

Dr. Allison Oaks and her staff made me feel very comfortable for my procedure. It’s obvious that she has a wealth of knowledge in gastroenterology and her bedside manner is perfect. She was very compassionate and kind. Explained things thoroughly. The nurses and staff at the hospital were very accommodating and helpful. The whole experience was professionals comfortable and compassionate. I am very grateful. She is an amazing doctor All of the staff at Alta View Hospital were amazing. They handled my concerns and my questions with great care. Not sure I’ve ever had a better medical experience. The anesthesiologist Sage was just as amazing. Very grateful. If I could give her and the staff more than five stars on the review I would.
