I had my knees xrayed here then I waited and waited for them to call back. I called back to find out when I could have my knee fixed but couldnt get through. Our insurance company was going to cover the cost but the office wasnt interested in calling me back. I am in pain I finally gave up and scheduled another appointment with another Dr. You people wasted my time and didnt care at all so the hell with you Your office is a joke I will not recommend Dr Richards to my friends or family.

Dr. Richards was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the procedure and the necessity for it. Our only complaint was we had to wait an hour from our scheduled time to see him but understandably he was very busy. We have high confidence in his skills and abilities.

Very good dr. showed compassion for me and my broken arm but still kindly reprimanded me for removing the bandages put on at the ER...even after my daughter had...something to look forward to in my old age . His PA was also very good....the entire staff was great I think the lady who applied my cast was my favorite well until about 2 hrs later when my arm started itching ..Seriously though they are knowledgable and kind and helpful

Dr Dan Richards is a friendly top notch orthopedic surgeon. He recently fixed my rotator cuff and is following my care in follow up visits. If you want a orthopedic surgeon that truely cares about his patients and does it right the first time... See Dr Richards. Dr Richards will be doing my knee surgery soon. Ken Madsen

Dr Richards is so good explaining in detail the proceedure. I am having hip replacement. Also the nurse practitioner was very helpful...he answered all my question.

Dr Richards did Carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. Left hand November 13th and the other December 23rd 2019. He’ did a great job. I later came in to talk to him about my Shoulder . He listened to my concerns and gave me good recommendations to handle my inflammation problems. I would go back to him.

Yesterday I returned to Dr. Richards office for my two week post surgery examination. I had two Xrays and saw Dr. Richards who explained my surgery results and what to watch for. I was so pleased after the surgery as my pain is gone except after physical therapy feats. He told me to call if I had any pain or concerns before my next appointment in eight weeks. My staples 36 were removed by Tiffany who was gentle and efficient. Angela gave me my prescription for physical therapy. She was friendly and compassionate as always. Dr Richards took time to fully explain what was going on with my knee and what would help. He was my second opinion the first Dr told me I need a knee replacement which is not needed right now and may never be. My problem is arthritis. Getting old sucks
